Nestled in a quiet neighborhood about two blocks from Offatts Bayou and less than two miles from the water-infused fun at Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark, you won't have to go far for adventure. Fly down the water slides or enjoy the wave pool before heading over to the Moody Gardens to learn about the local marine life. Take the quick walk to the water and paddle out into West Bay on a kayak or stand-up paddleboard for a day of exploring. Whether you're coming to lounge on the beach or simply enjoy time with family and friends, this Galveston vacation home is a great spot for your next group retreat!

This vacation rental offers up to nine guests the chance to unwind and enjoy all of the local attractions including the postcard-perfect beaches! Pop a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer, whip up some dinner in the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, and then dine at the table for eight. Grab a couple of local ice-cold microbrews and then head outside into the fully-fenced backyard. Stream some tunes over the free WiFi or fire up the gas BBQ to grill something tasty. Back inside, the central air conditioning is sure to keep you cool while you watch a DVD or surf the cable channels.

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
