This spacious 4-bed studio aims to please! Residing in the historic district of Galveston and newly renovated in 2021 - you'll have all the amenities you need including all brand-new-stainless-steel appliances, a full-size laundry and large screen wi-fi-enabled television. The location is smoke-free and pet-friendly with a shared large backyard available for guests and pets. This studio is minutes to the beach in multiple directions, close to the cruise terminal in less than 10 mins of driving. Street parking is available as well as Electric Vehicle Charging in this quiet area. Don’t forget the private outdoor shower which is a welcomed treat after a long day on the hot beach.

THE SPACE – FIRST LEVEL LIVING / KITCHEN & DINING:

As you walk into the studio, you'll instantly be invited into a comfortable living room & breakfast area with the kitchen to your right. There is plenty of comfortable seating available and a large wi-fi enabled television. The galley style kitchen has ample space for small or large meal preparation, with all the stainless-steel appliances you would need as well as a Keurig and toaster. We also supply K-cups so you don’t have to run out to the store your first night!

THE SPACE – SAME LEVEL BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS

The bedroom area contains 3 double sized beds and one pull-out that can be found off the living room. There are two bathrooms available, one a half bath and one full bath so everyone can get ready to head down to the beach at once! The full bathroom has a brand-new stand-up shower as well as any linens you’ll need for your stay.

THE SPACE – OUTSIDE

The backyard will be your favorite place here with lovely lounge chairs and plenty of greenery to relax the evening away. Don't forget the outside shower for that pesky sand that came back with you from the beach🙂

We also provide an EV charger plugin, located at the top right of the garage door area, for vehicles that need a quick charge!

Whether you want to enjoy your time the night before you depart for a cruise at the Galveston Cruise Terminal (fifteen minutes away), enjoy a day at the beach (less than 5 minutes away), take the family over to Moody Gardens or Schlitterbahn (less than five minutes away), or just hang out at home, this location is the place to be!

Pets are welcome but with a fee of 25 dollars per night per pet plus 15 percent taxes
We'll ask for a signed rental agreement upon booking
A $500 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized 2 days prior and held for 7 days post stay

This location is a triplex and has three distinct available locations. For this location guests will have exclusive access and use of the lower left rear studio location located at the left rear of the property. Common areas such as back and front area could be shared by guests if other units are booked during this time.

HURRICANE SEASON
Hurricane season is approximately June 1 – November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through your booking provider or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the direct area of this property. Travel insurance can protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations.
