â Beach access: The home is located about 20 yards from the neighborhood boardwalk over the dunes and down to the beach.

â WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
â Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
â Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 15 guests must be approved prior to booking.
â Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

For larger groups, a dedicated bunk room with two sets of triple-stacked twin-over-full bunks provides ample sleeping arrangements.
When it`s time to unwind, head to the expansive back deck. Linger over morning coffee with a view or relax with a glass of wine after dinner, all while listening to the calming sounds of the waves. A convenient boardwalk leads directly to the sandy beach for endless fun in the sun. Downstairs, a covered space awaits with a charcoal grill for creating delicious meals, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a cornhole set for some friendly competition.
