Inside you'll find an inviting open-concept living space, bathed in natural light and a warm and cozy atmosphere. Relax on the couch (queen sofa sleeper) in the cool A/C or enjoy a beverage and a book on the private patio.

The galley kitchen offers plenty of space, whether you're preparing the day's catch or heating up last night's leftovers. There's a coffee bar stocked with K-Cups, sugar and flavored syrups. Don’t worry, we made sure to include some tea and a kettle for the tea drinkers too!

Please note that while the bathroom is located upstairs, it's easily accessible for all renters. All occupants downstairs will have to access the bathroom by walking up the stairs and through the primary bedroom.

In the bedroom you'll find a comfy king-sized bed for restful nights after long days of exploring the beautiful island. There is a desk and chair so you can check your email (but not for long because you're on vacation!)

There's a large walk-in closet off the bedroom, as well as the bathroom and laundry room.

The property offers a pool, fitness center and community grilling area.

Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must be accounted for on a form that will be sent to you. You must return the form via email prior to your arrival.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND YOUR CONFIRMATION INFORMATION UNTIL THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS ALL RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE.

After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.

All people are considered people and the maximum occupancy of this property is 4 guests regardless of the age or size of the person. All occupants will need to be listed on your rental agreement after the booking is confirmed.

Some of our properties are dog friendly, and dog only friendly. Sorry, we do not invite cats and due to the owners' severe allergies, we are unable to make an exception. This property (complex) requires that we provide them, in advance of your arrival, with the breed, size, gender and color of the dog, along with a copy of current immunization records for the dog. Finally - there are some breeds that are prohibited based upon insurance guidelines. We are pet lovers, too, but we are unable to welcome any Pit Bull, Rotweiler, Doberman, Chow or Shephard or any mixed breed dog that has the bloodline of any of those breeds in it. Thank you for understanding.

Galveston is a barrier island located in the Gulf of Mexico. The island is susceptible to rainstorms, thunderstorms and even a hurricane now and then. Sometimes these result in temporary power and WiFi outages. We strongly encourage our renters to consider purchasing trip interruption/cancellation protection either through the platform that you book through or some other source. My Galveston Getaway issues refunds if a governmental official issues a mandatory evacuation of the island. Unfortunately we are unable to control sunshine, temperatures and mosquitos and do not refund other than pursuant to our policy based on evacuation orders. Thank you for understanding.

For all reservations made directly through our website and through VRBO, there is a $300 security deposit “hold” required. You certainly can purchase trip cancellation/interruption coverage through those platforms as well if you so desire, this is a damage “deposit” hold. This is released once our housekeepers advise that the property has been left in the condition received with no damages occurring during your stay. This is not a charge, but a hold on the credit card on file with which the reservation is made. Should there be damages and they exceed $300 to repair or replace, you will be notified and asked to make arrangements to compensate for those items.
