That said, you may not want leave the bed. This sophisticated space designed for adults to unwind, boasts a queen-sized Purple 3 mattress, with plenty of Pacific Coast down pillows--just like those in fancy hotels--all encased in high thread count organic cotton sateen sheets. We believe it is one of the most sumptuous beds on the island. There is a generous sized vanity and walk-in closet to make getting ready a breeze.

Need extra sleeping space? The downstairs couch folds out to a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The first floor has plenty of room to spread out. The comfortable living room boasts a statement fireplace, sofa, and fun decor that is open to a dining area for four. We added a 4k smart TV so you can logon to any of your streaming services with our fast wifi and enjoy your favorite shows. The open kitchen offers full-sized appliances and is well-stocked for your meal prep. But do take advantage of all the awesome restaurants on the Island!

You'll want to hang out in the awesome nest chair while soaking up sunshine on the private patio. Or sit in the armchairs and enjoy a glass of wine and conversation while your partner is cooking on the electric grill. Located just a few steps from the community pool, feel free to jump in or lounge around.

Deluxe bath linens, bright Turkish beach towels, and starter Beekman 1802® soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your enjoyment. A full sized washer and dryer are available in the unit if you need them.

And let's not forget about your beloved fur babies! We take pet-friendliness to an entirely new level, catering to the needs and comfort of your canine companions. From dog beds to organic treats, we've thought of everything to ensure your four-legged guests feel right at home during their stay. But the best part? We have absolutely no weight restrictions, and welcome pups of all shapes and sizes.

This is a quite, established neighborhood that is .4 miles from the seawall, close to major attractions but far enough away to be peaceful. There is plenty of green space to walk your pup, and guests have access to the community pool (wrist band required) from 10 to 10.

Free parking onsite. Parking on the seawall, The Strand or A&M campus (to name a few spots) will require payment. Don't skip out! You will get a ticket.
