You have found just what you're looking for, seascape unit 1118! The perfect location to stay for your much needed Galveston beach vacation. This newly remodeled and fully furnished condo is a rare find that has direct beach access. No walking across the crowded Seawall or driving to the beach! Complete new AC system installed in 2024.

This elevated first floor unit has an open floor plan to easily entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook family meals or whip up some adult beverages. New white quartz countertops and bar area for extra eating space. The living area has a small dining space along with 4 barstools for extra seating. There is a brand new (2024) queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HD TV with HD cable channels in the living room. The oversized balcony gives you pleasing gulf views while you enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail after a day at the beach. The balcony also overlooks the community pool which boasts 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool and the main pool that is heated year round.

The bedroom includes a brand new queen size bed, 32" HD Tv and a spacious closet area. There are two twin bunk beds in the hallway to complement the bedroom and new queen sleeper sofa to easily sleep 6 people in this condo.

This popular location is close to many popular area attractions including; Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Historic Pleasure Pier and Nasa Space Center (about 30 miles away) along with many restaurants, bars and entertainment. This condo is close enough for convenience, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was perfect! The condo had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and felt clean and comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach across the boardwalk. The boardwalk was a ramp so if you have a wagon for your beach supplies it is easy to access the beach. The beach access felt private to the condo/RV park next door. We loved the sunset and sunrise views being so close to the condo. The host was very responsive and kind! We appreciated that there was also a security guard on site to ensure permitted guests were parked/using the amenities. We already can’t wait to come back to this condo!

Couldn’t get the coffee pot to work, but there was also a Kerig (sp?), which worked great.Loved the location with bright sunlight in it morning. Towels and washcloths were thick and luxurious. There was a nice selection of games to play Beach chairs and towels were also available. Nicely equipped.

Overall it was good. It was smaller than anticipated. Kinda cramped for 5 adults. Loved the location to the beach. The condo had everything we needed, but we did run out of toilet paper. It’s perfect for a couple with kids. I’d go back but only as a couple, not with other adults.

Beautifully renovated and great location

Had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully renovated and the overall propery is in a great location with a nice pool and private beach access directly on the beach. No having to cross the busy road to get to the beach!

The condo was perfect for our 3-generation girls trip! My daughter and mom and i were super satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the property. Extremely easy beach access and the amenity pool was beautiful and inviting. When i had trouble with the app, the host was accessible, responsive, and helpful. Thanksgiving for a great vacation! Will definitely be back!

Galveston Glory

We had a wonderful stay in Galveston. We have stayed in several of the condos at this property. All condos have been wonderful, but this unit has been recently updated. We would definitely stay here again. It is a short trip to Houston and the island is easy to navigate.

Anniversary weekend

What a truly beautiful weekend. Easy access. Covered parking. Large back porch. Host provided wagon, chairs and beach towels for jaunt to the beach. Security guards were present and walking the property to make sure everyone behaved themselves. Adult only jacuzzi was amazing. Close to activities on the Strand as well as minutes from restaurants and pleasure pier. Beach was beautiful and NOT crowded. Will definitely be back.

Cozy Beach Condo

This cozy beach condo was perfect for our family of four. There was a wagon and chairs that were convenient to take to the beach. The owner also provided plenty of beach towels to use. The accessibility to the beach as well as having a pool were what drew us to this place. The condo was very clean and well kept. The only thing I wish we had was a broom or a vaccuum bc there was lots of sand. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and woukd come back.

Great place for families!

Our family loved this condo. Just enough space for the 4 of us and the full kitchen is a game changer for families who don't want to go out every meal. Easy walk to the pool and to the beach and the host was super responsive and helpful when we had to change the dates of our trip. Recommend!
