You will need to check-in at the front desk upon your arrival. Their office is open 7 days a week until 10:00 pm. They will register your group, issue pool bands, and provide you with a parking permit. The current rate is $25 per vehicle per 7 days. There is a max of 2 vehicles per reservation per HOA rules. This fee is paid directly to Casa Del Mar for use of their amenities. This fee is subject to change, and we assume no liability.

You will have access to the condo and shared Casa Del Mar amenities.

Step into Life’s a Beach and feel right at home with its bright, coastal-inspired interior. Unwind on the comfy couch and stream your favorite shows on the large Roku TV using the provided WiFi, or sip your coffee on the balcony while taking in the sights and sounds of the beach just across the street. Board games are available for family fun, and the kitchen includes all the essentials, plus a Keurig, for easy meal prep. A cozy bistro table seats two for dining.

When it’s time to rest, the bedroom offers a queen bed, Roku TV, and sound machine. Just outside, you'll find a charming bunk nook with two junior twin beds. The newly renovated bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a beautifully tiled surround. A guest laundry is conveniently located just two doors down.

When you’re not at the beach soaking up the sun, enjoy Casa Del Mar’s two pools (one heated year-round), hot tub, grilling stations, and shaded picnic areas.

The minimum age to rent our property is 25 years old.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage during your stay. The cost of the damage waiver is $35.
