The condo is comfortable if you just need to get away and flexible enough to enjoy a cozy evening for four. Keep the cocktails flowing 🙃. Full kitchen and private patio. Washer and dryer for your personal use. On street free parking.

Hello and welcome to our home!

We are delighted you have decided to visit with us. We have carefully filled the house with items we think you may need during your stay. The house was created in remembrance of my mother, Rosa. She believed home was the place where you felt most comfortable. We hope you find comfort, fun and enjoyment while visiting with us.

The condo has been thoroughly cleaned while observing COVID precautions. We will not monitor you by camera inside the house. Should you have any problems, you may reach out to us. We can’t wait to read your good reviews.

There are some DOs and DON’Ts we would like you to observe and honor.

DOs
- Unplug the indoor camera at check in and plug it bacon at check out
- Do complete the Condo Association registration prior to check in; once completed the process begins for the receipt of your contactless entry
- Feel free to wash your clothing while in the house
- Feel free to use your personal streaming password to access the apps and logout before you depart to prevent others from using your account
- Feel free to use the dish soap dispenser (located on the right side of the kitchen sink) and hand soap dispensers (located on the left side of the kitchen sink) and in the bathroom area
- Feel free to use the pool and fitness room (keys located on the coat rack). Loss of keys is a $75 fee per key

DON’Ts
- Please do not smoke in the house. If you smoke on the patio, the doors and windows must be closed to prevent the smell from entering the house
- Please do not invite extra guest. If this rule is not followed, all guest will be required to leave without refund
- Please do not use the garage or leave trash in the garage; A mop is located in the garage and should be the only reason to enter the garage
- Please let us know if any items break or do not work properly

To enter the house use the keypad on the door. Your code will be provided after registration. Enter the code, the door processes the code and then you may turn the nob. When leaving the house, simply pull the door closed behind you, select the picture of the “lock” and the door is locked.

The pool is outstanding. Great location. The fitness room could use a good bit of work, but, with some creativity, you can still get in a good workout. Overall, fantastic place! I’d highly recommend it.

Underneath upstairs bed, was dusty. Sofabed downstairs had white powder in it, white mattress cover had yellow stains on it: I washed them, & came out clean. But overall everything was good.

Pictures do not reflect the reality

The location was close to the beach and in a nice area. The cleanliness could be improved; we found hairs and balls of dust on carpets and floors. The ceiling fan spread dust when running. The faucets in the kitchen were tired and the vinyl adhesive covering the kitchen cabinets was breaking and pealing off. The whole bathroom was dated and needed a full reno. All the windows and doors need to be replaced. The magnetic seal around the entry door is falling apart. The A/C has trouble keeping the set temperature because of it. You can not open the fridge door completely cause it bumps on the pantry door . The worst part was the next door neighbor's dog was howling and barking every time she left until she came back.

Cute lil Galveston space!

Place is accurate to images uploaded on site. Easy to communicate with owner, very sweet lady. Short trip but at least the space was nice, quiet and felt safe. Recommend on your next visit to Galveston!

Clean, easy to access, convenient, and affordable. It was a great place to come to at the end of a day at the beach or downtown Galveston and just get clean and relax.

Highly recommend!! Great location just past the seawall. Quiet & beautifully up kept property. The condo is very comfortable w/ new appliances, washer/dryer, and TVs, & nice considerations such as soaps and hair dryer. The pool is great too!! Felt like a guest! Thank you Rosa's Relaxation Haven:-)

Great place to stay in Campeche Cove

Clean, comfortable, perfect location in Campeche Cove. It's just a 2-minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Galveston Island Brewing. It's right on the road that turns into the Seawall, so you can be down on the Strand or Pleasure Pier in 20 minutes. Nice, quiet place, and, if you don't want to drive for 20 minutes, you can get a drink at Woody's or go to one of the handful of restaurants in the area. It was perfect for my needs, and the property manager responded almost immediately to any question I had. I'm going back!

Over before it began

This place is a low volume rental. I had to call to even determine the unit #. I was given the entry code and keyed in the code upon arrival; It was either the wrong code or the lock was malfunctioning. They didn't have a master key so they put us up in a 2* hotel down the road. The next day the Property manager took the liberty to book us in that crummy hotel with no internet or kitchen for the remainder of the week without consulting with me. She then advised me that "Due to excessive attempts of using the incorrect code, the lock must be replaced." Anyway, it was a nightmare and we had to get a new place which was way better but also way more $. VRBO did give us a full refund but as of the writing of this review, I'm still waiting to see if they will reimburse the additional moneys spent on new place.

Really Enjoyed

Super cute place to stay. Quiet at night with friendly neighbors. Close enough for all the action in Galveston. Was a little worried about parking, but there was plenty. Condo is decorated nicely and very inviting. It has all you need to enjoy your time here. Felt safe and had a relaxing time. Definitely recommend staying here.
