Newly renovated top floor unit with beach and pool view. The well maintained condominium is gated with lots of parking, a fitness center, two pools, two spas, and other amenities. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath - with a king size bed and a walk-in closet, open living room with vaulted ceiling with a new queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, large full-size kitchen that has everything you need, dining area, washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony with two chairs and table to sit and enjoy the best views. The second you walk in you will fall in love with the views. Views of the beach are visible from the living and bedroom.

We booked this condo for two nights prior to our cruise. The condo was just as advertised, it was clean and had the best views of the gulf. Ron and Hope were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved staying at this condo . Has everything you need and it was clean bed and pillows are really Comfortable. Excellent views and quiet . Close to everything. My only complaint was that I had no knowledge of the $50 parking fee that you would have to pay when you get there to park your vehicle . That was not communicated previously. Adds to cost of the rental.

The property is in excellent condition and very clean. The view of the water is very good and access to the beach is very easy given there is a protected crosswalk at the corner of the community. We would most definitely choose this location for a future stay.

Perfect Location

We were in town for the Ironman Texas 70.3 and chose this condo for its proximity to the beach and restaurants and ease of access to Moody Gardens where the race was held. The condo is as beautiful as pictured, overlooks the pool and the beach, and was very comfortable. Check-in was seamless and the instructions made it easy to get the required parking pass. Quiet hours were strictly enforced, which is important when you go to bed early for an early race start! The condo has heavy curtains blocking the security lights around the pool, so the bedroom and living room were very dark at night. The condo had everything we needed as far as dishes and pots and pans for cooking and the all-important Keurig. Plenty of seating and places for us to spread out. Cable TV with all the channels we needed and steady WiFi. Basically, it was a perfect stay.
