The Davidson-Penland House generously offers a king bed in each of its 3 bedrooms. Nestle yourself into a spacious bed and drift off to a restorative night’s sleep! Each bedroom includes a SmartTV, closet, and a dresser.

BATHROOM

This lovely historic home boast 2 full bathrooms. The primary en-suite bathroom is nicely updated with a luxurious double shower and soaker tub. The other full bathroom includes a shower + tub combination, which is particularly convenient for families with small children. Enjoy steady hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion are provided.

KITCHEN

A sizable island + multiple counters make this kitchen the perfect space for groups that like to cook together. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware for 6. Coffee/Tea Bar includes drip coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle. Blender, toaster, and microwave included. Gas stovetop range + oven. Pots/pans, baking sheet, oil, salt & pepper.
