This completely gutted and renovated unit is perfect for a family getaway or a couple's vacation! Top floor unit provides a great view of the beach and all of Pointe West.
Walk to the beach or the Pointe West Beach Club or relax on the large balcony with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico the choice will be yours at “Shore Beats Work.” This condominium is spacious and comfortable for a perfect weekend getaway or a relaxing week at the beach. High speed WIFI and HD television is available in this unit.
The large living room looks out towards the Gulf of Mexico and has French doors that lead to a large balcony with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen has full size appliances, dishes, cookware and everything you will need if you decide to cook any meals in during your stay at Pointe West. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a view of the water and access to the large balcony. It has a large private bath and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath beside the entrance to the room. There is also a full-size stacked washer dryer to rinse all the sand off your clothes after a day at the beach for your use in this unit.
When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sunscreen, food and you! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, make up wipes and basic spices in each unit.

Pointe West is a gorgeous beach to bay community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills for the guests use during their stay. Enjoy the pool bar and restaurant, Smore’s by the Sunset Pool, kid’s crafts, Dive-in Movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).

Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us we have information on these items and other things you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.

You are only approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston (The Strande), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away so we recommend guests stop on their way in, so they never have to leave their vacation getaway!

The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children 3 and younger do not pay) for use of the Beach Club, Sunset Pools, fitness center, and game room during your stay at Pointe West. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. Temporary bands to enjoy the restaurant or shop in the Gift shop are available upon request during your stay.

Wonderful, relaxing experience!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property, and enjoyed all of the amenities Pointe West offers! The condo is perfectly suited to a family with young children and the location of the building is very convenient to both the club house, as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and ocean views, and hope to be back soon!

Short get-away

This was our first visit to Pointe West, and it will not be our last. The condo was just perfect for our family of five. The ammenities (huge TVs, fabulous bathrooms, top-notch appliances, welcome basket) were fantastic. Thank you for a lovely get away!!

Beach Club Condo

The condo was great for our long weekend vacation with options to relax at the bay, ocean or pool. It's about 30 minutes from the densely populated portion of Galveston. Bring any of the beach supplies your family will need as those aren't provided and stores aren't near. Likewise, we ordered groceries for pickup on the way there since stores aren't nearby. The owners graciously provided laundry detergent, coffee, shampoo, body wash, and an ample towel supply for our group of 7.

Back to School Beach Trip

Property was very nice, had everything we needed and more. The balcony view in the morning was breathtaking, and the shower in the master bedroom was amazing. Our grandchildren begged us to let them take a shower in it. We got stuck in traffic on our way there, and the owners made sure we had our armbands and info in the condo for us when we got there. Just an observation: We have stayed in many condos at different beaches and bugs seem to always be a part of the stay. I did not see one single bug in the condo while we were there. There were a few mean mosquitos, but that's to be expected at the coast. = )

Amazing Pointe West condo!

The condo was clean and very inviting. Other families vacationing with us commented on how great the interior was, especially the kitchen and personal touches decorating! The condo was well stocked kitchen supply and bath towel wise which was great! The updated kitchen with great appliances made it a wonderful retreat in the evening when we came back from the beach to cook. We dine in most of the time so that is important to us. The view is lovely and you couldn't ask for a better location! We are planning to book this condo again next year.

Great location & great view! Kids loved the bunk beds & Disney plus was a bonus for our kiddos especially after being at the pool or beach all day. Condo was clean & well equipped. Easy walk to the beach. Bring your own beach/pool gear though!

The property was clean and organized with a basket of supplies available. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. My kids loved the card games that were there too. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely recommend!

the most amazing condo at Pointe West

this condo has it all! its beautiful, super clean, just renovated, it had tons of towels, every kitchen appliance and tool you could ask for, all the appliances are new and super nice. The bathrooms.. OMG. the master bath can fit like 10 people, its so big and pretty, the other bathroom has an amazing cool tub, you can't go wrong with this condo, PLUS the hosts were nice and very responsive we didn't have any issues at all. perfect place! will definitely come back to this one.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed our stay very much. If you want to use the beach club, be sure to check in between 4-5 or you can't check in until 9 o'clock the next day. The beach club should find another way of allowing access in case you can't hit that 1 hour window. Beautiful unit and lovely beach! It was also nice to have the option to sit in the hot tub on a chilly day.

We absolutely loved staying at Pointe West Beach Club. Our condo was perfect! The view from the balcony was exactly what we were looking for and the unit was completely updated. The property managers were very helpful and made check- in easy. We are planning on booking this unit again.

Perfect Getaway with family
