Featuring 5 flat-screen cable TVs, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom for every bedroom, this home was designed with fun and relaxation in mind. This delightful beach vacation home is also has an in house elevator from the ground floor to the second floor and a game room that includes a pool table and classic arcade games.

Additionally, the specular customization gives your stay its own uniqueness. The entire house is customized including the expansive main kitchen featuring custom cabinets, mounted facets, etc. All bathrooms are custom designed along with two full utilities rooms for your needs. There is no limitation for convenience and luxury with drink fridges on the main and upper floors with stunning views of the ocean from the king-sized bedrooms, the main kitchen, and the upstairs pool table room. We really enjoyed our stay and the home was situated well for our large family. We enjoyed the two bunk rooms, one for the girl cousins and one for the boy cousins. Unfortunately the elevator did not work for the entirety of our stay, which was a feature in a home that was important for us. The home was otherwise great for our family.

Perfect Galveston Experience

We had grandparents, grown children, and children ages 16-3. We enjoyed breakfast together as each family made plans for the day. We enjoyed the beach and swimming pool as well as the lazy river and other Galveston attractions. The facilities were wonderful! With two washing machines and dryers, we didn't go without clean clothes.

With a clan 18 strong, it is difficult to find roomy accommodations. This home was comfortable for our stay. Spacious, well furnished porches on both sides of the home, large living areas and a sizable kitchen were plusses. Unanimous vote to return next summer!

Beautiful home with everything you need. We had a such a wonderful time that we did not want to leave. The home is big and spaceous and everyone can have their private time when they want. We enjoyed, going to the beach, the pool, cooking on the grill, fishing, flying kites, walking, taking rides on the golf carts and making lasting memories with our family. Sitting outside on the porch is like therapy. Watching the sunrise was spectacular and the sunsets are magical. Point west is our favorite place for vacation. We will be coming back. Four family groups that have grown over the past decade gathered one weekend in July, a total of 17 people. The home was perfect for our group and offered everything we needed or could want. Fabulous End To The Year

We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely house to spend the week with our family. There is plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. It’s a beautiful design with impressive lighting and a fabulous location. The pool table was an added bonus for both the teenagers and adults. The trestle table was great to bring everyone together. Great choice for larger group of multiple ages

This house resides in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There are many different bedroom options for guests- large bunk rooms, single, double and king bed options, etc. Love the entertainment available: pool table, gaming, gas grill, large kitchen/great room. Grocery is close to this quiet end of the island that offers most of what needed, so no reason to leave. Every convenience too, like an elevator and TWO laundry rooms. Owner very responsive to questions before arrival, resident, and afterwards.

Dream Vacation is this Dream Home!

We stayed at Summer Breeze this year for our annual family reunion in Galveston. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed (and more). The beds were comfortable and accommodated our group of 11 adults and 4 teens/children with room to spare. It was nice to have five bathrooms, as well as two laundry rooms! The cabinets had games and of course the pool table was so fun. The owner was very welcoming and promptly responded to any questions. We are hoping to return again next year. This was the best home we have ever stayed in for our reunion.

Just WOW!!

I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said. This home is truly beautiful and very comfortably slept all 18 of our clan. The huge kitchen, stunning furnishings, private bathrooms for each bedroom, outside seating and decking galore, heated outdoor shower, gas grill, double laundry room and full-sized pool table made the home extra special. The ultra-clean beach without vehicle traffic was the icing on the cake. My family fully enjoyed our stay and hopes to return again. Well done!!!!!

Beach house

The house was not cleaned , the windows were horrible looked to be cleaned with a dirty rag. Dog hair was everywhere , I had to ask for more towels each person had 1 only , i had to leave to go to the store to get more paper towels and toilet paper and the store was not close by.i felt like i was at home doing laundry and cleaning house and not able to enjoy relaxing. The hammock outside my daughter sat in and it immediately broke. The house did have enough space, beds and bathrooms.

Overall the house was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the door locks were extremely hard to lock. The bathroom shower door in the queen bedroom was stuck at the bottom making it difficult to open and close. The coffee maker in the kitchen did not work. We had to use K cups and bring down the k cup machine to the kitchen. You had to purchase a 25/person a pool membership if you wanted to use the club. The beach club pool was under renovation so the lockers and bathrooms were not available and you had to go upstairs to use a single bathroom. Even though the house was beachfront you had to walk about 7 houses down to the walkway to get to the beach which was another 1/4 mile away.

Great new home ..

Gorgeous home with fantastic views. Home is brand new so it is lacking some amenities like ziplock bags, spices, etc ... This could be a good or bad thing .. but there are no TV's in the bedrooms so if you have teens .. bring their computers or I-pads. Amanda was SUPER responsive with any issues we had. My family was a bit high-maintenance as we were dealing with some tough family things .. but she was always sweet. We did have a slight bug issue .. but Amanda immediately sent out a service .. whenever we had any questions she was on point and all over it. All in all, it's a gorgeous home .. with great beach access and a community center with a pool. It's a perfect place to hang with family for a long weekend.

Fantastic Location and Great House for Large Group

To be fair, I won't say the stay was perfect but very few are - and the minor troubles we had were very easy to forget about given the positives about the property. Interior was very clean. Beach access is great! Views from the home are world class - we spent a LOT of time on the decks enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The things that could have been better were minor to us, and probably likely to the unit not being used for some time (at least it felt that way). There were a couple of things that broke easily, but the property manager was very understanding and responsive. The elevator was a bit wonky but it was no big deal due to a main floor bedroom for our oldest person. Outside windows looking out at the ocean could use a cleaning soon. We would have probably grilled out one night, but the grill and exterior kitchen equipment would need a really good scrubbing before use and we weren't going to do that. Again, for us not a huge deal as the house itself was great for our large group of 15. Plenty of parking for all of us. Property Manager was friendly and responsive. Excellent house for a large multi-family group. We had a great time.

Beautiful Home

The home is just gorgeous. It’s just a short walk to get down to the beach. We had a staff retreat there and it was perfect for our 10 teachers that went. We could’ve held a few more and everyone had their own beds. I’d definitely visit again! Bring off! The mosquitoes are terrible. But the view and the sound of the ocean waves are magnificent.

Simply Perfect!!!!!

Our stay was amazing!!!! We had a small wedding on the beach and a reception under the house. Everything was clean and the yard is beautiful!!! I wouldn’t change a thing. We utilized the Beach Club and were quite impressed with everything!!!! I can’t imagine anything better. Bonus!!!! The sheets on the beds are heavenly and we ordered some for home!!!!
