Grab a cool drink, pull up a deck chair, and treat yourself to this flawless holiday home by the sea.

â Beach Access: The home is located about 20 yards from the Beachside Village community beach access point.
â Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool.
â Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
â WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
â Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
â Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
On the ground level, youâll find parking spaces for up to 4 cars in the driveway and garage. The first floor space is bathed in elegant neutral tones, while the lofted ceiling is accented with gorgeous lighting. The massive kitchen is anchored by a chef-inspired gas range topped with a custom vent hood. Bright cabinets are topped with marble workspaces. A large island has a deep sink and double dishwashersâ a dream when youâre cooking for large groups. Right off the kitchen is a half bath.
Step into the comfy living area, where a flatscreen television makes this spot ideal for cuddling up for a movie night in with your whole crew and a huge bowl of popcorn. A wall of windows faces the quiet neighborhood and the shoreline beyond. The first bedroom is located just off this living space and features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a marble-topped, double vanity.
Head up the staircase to the third-floor bedrooms. A master suite has a king-size bed and access to the second level deck. The white marble en suite bathroom is like having your own private spaâ complete with a grand, free-standing, clawfoot tub for soaking. A secondary master suite on this floor also has a king-size bed and private, attached bathroom. Another bedroom is a snug bunk room for kids of all agesâ with a queen-over-queen bunk and an additional queen-size bed. This bunk room also boasts an attached bathroom. The laundry room sits just at the top of the stairs.
On the penthouse level, youâll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin daybed with 4th level deck access and soaring ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. Another living room adorns this space and has a comfy sofa and TV, along with a wet bar and secondary kitchenette space.
Head back to the ground level for the in-ground pool half in the carport and half in the front yard allowing you to enjoy the shade or the sun depending on your mood. Enjoy drinks poolside by the firepit or on one of the many decks with outdoor seating.

- NO oversized vehicles of any kind per HOA regulations.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
