This area is furnished with large and comfortable sectional sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and sliding glass door to the beautiful Gulf side balcony complete with loungers, dining table and chairs.
KITCHEN & DINING
Making a fun brunch? Staying in for the night? The chef in your group will appreciate this well-appointed kitchen equipped with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher for easy clean-up.
BEDS & BATHS CONFIGURATION (sleeps 4 in beds but allow up to 6 guests)

Getting Around:
Guests can enjoy the many restaurants from seafood to pizza or head to the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. Still not enough, check out Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, or the fabulous and historic Strand. There's plenty of activities to do, and of course, there is nothing better than a day at the beach!

The 979 Crew is comprised of island locals who are passionate about making sure the home you chose is nothing short of clean, comfortable, and ready for your group's fun! Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation.
