Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax. If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

There is ongoing construction taking place near the property during daytime hours. While we do not have control over the schedule or scope of the work, some noise may be heard during your stay—particularly in the mornings. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. This was a nice property. The living room area is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There were 4 of us and not a lot of relaxing places to sit. Beach access was fantastic. You have to drive to restaurants and such but are right on the beach. The property was clean and the security was great. Nice pool and hot tubs.

The photos make this look 100% nicer than it is. It barely met basic requirements. Dirty and dated worn out furniture. We did not have hot water for the duration of our stay and a solution was not provided.

This was a great place to stay to enjoy the beach and pool while visiting Galveston Island. The security was top notch. This allowed for limited use of the pool, and beach access creating a comfortable environment for all. The only thing that was frustrating is the door to the condo was touchy. I believe it was due to humidity, but we often had to attempt several times to both get in and to lock up to leave. On the last evening there, trying to rush to get changed to go down to take Golden Hour photos on the beach, the door would not unlock for anything. It took us attempting for about 10 minutes before it finally opened. It cost us valuable daylight. Trick was to hold the door handle and pull out to let it have more opportunity for the latch to work. Note also, there is no laundry on site. Luckily had enough clothes to make it through. Would absolutely stay there again! Great place and service.

This Seascape condo unit was cute and cozy. We loved the location. It’s just west of Seawall Blvd and it’s right on the ocean. You don’t have to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to the beach. That being said it is not walkable to restaurants. The grounds, pool and hot tubs were great. The unit itself is definitely showing signs of wear and tear, and could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint. We found it comfortable for our 2 week stay and will consider it again in the future. Communication with the host was good.
