Welcome to League Lofts 204– a cozy, chic single bedroom loft just steps from the best restaurants, bars and shopping in downtown Galveston. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.

● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Parties and events are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

It is an older building that we expected, but we didn’t know/expect the primary AC to be from a window unit in the living room and bedroom. If you are not used to Texas summers it may have felt warm to you. There are only two towels and the elevator was inoperable that we were not aware of. Kitchen does have everything you’d need to cook which is very nice.

So thoughtful for guests who want to just have a day at the beach, go to Katie's fish market for fresh seafood (not the restaurant) and cook at home (they have a cooking pot and basic essentials) while playing dominos or just chill after a long day in the sun. CLEAN!! and you have everything you need to maintain that way (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap - literally...just grab groceries and enjoy the space. Fantastic walking area for coffee, antiques. Amazing kids water park and (clean) dog park when you want to get off the beach for a few. 5 Stars all day.

This was second time staying at property, different units each. I find its location to be very convenient to the strand and close to the cruise terminals, but it’s enough blocks off the strand to be quiet. It’s a great value compared to most hotels in the area. The property management is great, kept and open dialogue the entire trip and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Trust me you can’t go wrong renting one of these units in the League Lots, or anything from Beachbox, they are fantastic to work with.

We had an outstanding stay at this beautifully restored historic loft. The character of the building combined with modern comfort made it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. The location could not have been better—just a short walk to The Strand, with easy access to great restaurants, museums, and shopping.The host was excellent, communicating clearly and promptly throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which made the trip even more enjoyable.The loft itself was immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and extremely comfortable for my wife and me. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at the League Lofts was wonderful. The apartment is terrific; spacious, with high ceilings, warm and welcoming. The kitchen is especially nice and well-appointed. The host was helpful, communicative, and accommodating. We would certainly return and intend to look into other BeachBox properties.

The Beach Box League Lofts are ideally located. We walked to restaurants, live music venues, galleries, and more, which made the stay on the island so much richer. The spaces inside the loft are comfortable and chic. We will be back!

Very responsive and helpful. I had no trouble checking in or checking out. The building was clean and the loft was nicely decorated. I am artist so this was the perfect distance from post office street art galleries and also a nice short walk to the strand. So many restaurants and amenities in walking distance. We also did not have to pay for parking, there were plenty of free spaces available, which was nice. I will definitely be staying again.

Kitchen was fine, living room was fine but the bed was very uncomfortable and having to use the stairs was very challenging. We went most of the stay without a t.v. as we couldnt get anything unless we gave them our password for ROKU. I am a senior citizen and don't recommend for seniors.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed one night prior to leaving for our cruise. The apartment was very clean and would be perfect for a longer stay. The location was great and within walking distance to the Strand, shopping and restaurants. Beach was only a 5 minute drive. One thing to consider is if you have heavy luggage or can’t lift things our apartment was on the second floor and there is not an elevator. The listing advises that as well. There were bikes that could be borrowed in the lobby area. Management was very attentive and quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend if you are heading to Galveston.
