Both bedrooms feature direct access to the covered lower-level balcony. Located near popular Karankawa Beach, this property promises a memorable stay chock-full of fun, sun, surf, and sand. Karankawa Beach is a quiet beach that has restricted cars from driving on the beach leaving it tranquil.

Tastefully renovated, this vacation home offers two levels of living space, detailed with charming beach decor, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and modern furnishings. Spend time together in the second-level living area, furnished with two leather sofas, a plush armchair, and a 55-inch TV. Before hitting the beach, prepare a tasty picnic in the modern kitchen equipped with a full suite of appliances. Helpful gadgets include a Keurig machine, blender, and toaster. You’ll also find plenty of dining space. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast nook, keep the chef in your group company at the kitchen bar, and enjoy your meals at the dining table. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, beach gear, a Pack ‘n Play, and a washer/dryer.

Each floor includes a private balcony with alfresco dining. Cook dinner on the provided grill and savor your meal while enjoying the fantastic weather. An outdoor shower provides a handy spot to rinse off after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Then relax on the breezy porch swing on the ground floor.

Your vacation rental commands a prime location within a quick walk of the glittering Gulf. Spend leisurely afternoons beachside, swimming and soaking up some feel-good Vitamin D. Or spend an exciting day riding water slides at Schlitterbahn -- a 16-minute drive away. To experience a 242-acre amusement park with an aquarium, zipline, and paddlewheel boat, drive 20 minutes to Moody Gardens. You'll also find Seven Seas Grocery and Nate’s West End Restaurant next door.

Property was easy to find, access, and clean. View was good. No problem walking to the beach and convenience store. TV was a good size and there were plenty of kitchen amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in case you forget. I have no complaints.

House was not clean or ready when we arrived—dirt, hair, and buildup throughout. We had to buy supplies and clean it ourselves just to make it livable.Reported it immediately and documented everything. No alternative was offered. They refunded the cleaning fee, but that doesn’t come close to covering the condition or our time.We left it in better shape than we found it. This property was not ready to be rented.

Location was perfect to head to the beach. Quiet and calm beach. Many frogs, toads, rabbits around the condo, and many small crabs to find in the ocean. Wagon was a treat to be able to bring to the beach.

We were terribly disappointed by the townhouse and the condition it was in. Outdated, electrical wiring visible, the mattress in the main bedroom was mostly mattress topper. Going on, the floor was sticky and dirty and the decorations had a layer of dust. We did not use the stove but prior damage was evident on the dryway from hot pans. No ice maker, but there were trays for ice in the freezer. The glasses had a white haze, from the hard water or a faulty dishwasher. We washed them before using. The view was really nice and it was just 2nd row from the water. It's a shame that the rental income is not reinvested in this property. Will not stay again.

The condo is close to the beach with an easy walk. The furniture and beds are comfy and clean. The beach toys, wagon, canopy, and chairs were all in good shape. The grill was rusty and could not be used.

Needs deep cleaning. It was dirty, stain on one of the bedsheets, and bed skirt, smeared dirt and or liquids on walls and furniture, dirt rings around tubs, pet hair on couches, crumbs and rings from cups on coffee table and end tables. Very disappointing. Has a pet smell. No hand soap, or dish soap anywhere in unit. One of the checkout rules was to start a load of laundry and there was only empty packages of laundry detergent above the washer. The property was decorated nicely, walking distance to beach, could be great, but needs better cleaners. We checked out early and went to a hotel. The property is supposed to refund us for one night, and we do appreciate that.

Great place-ONLY negative: second bedroom is very small. Would be fine for children but beds and room too small for adults. Great view, kitchen/living room was very comfortable. Perfect for family.

Enjoyed the stay, the walk to the beach is perfect, the house was clean & comfortable. Only downfall is that the tv in the kids room (2 bunkbed room) did not work. It's only a DVD in the tv and it wouldn't even play.
