Beach view was excellent. Location was great. West seawall was not as busy. Close to food, grocery and attractions. Its hard to keep property pristine went the ocean/salt is so close.

The condo had everything we needed. Lots of towels, the kitchen was well stocked. A lot of room. We love having two bedrooms and two baths. Great view of the ocean. Craig, the owner was real easy to work with. When we had an issue, Craig returned my calls immediately. It was our first time to Galveston and we loved it! We would stay here again.

The host is great with communication. The amenties were on point. The condo was very clean and welcoming. No problems with park (even with the Lone Star Bike Rally happening that weekend) Quiet, comfortable, and homely.

We have stayed in this building before. It is our preferred location. The unit was nice, however the bed was broken and the sheets had a stain (they switched them out next day) I don't agree with the cleaning fee, we were asked to load dirty towels in the washer and start it, load and start the dishwasher, as well as take out all of the trash. We have stayed at several bnb's and have not been asked to do as much. Overall, great location and view.

Property was amazing. Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach. Was amazing to walk across the street to walk along the beach during sunrises and sunsets. Check-in was super easy and kitchen was very clean.

Overall very nice

The condo was clean and fresh. With the door closed, it was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was good The owner was very responsive to the one problem we had regarding the lock. I really appreciated that. There were no beach towels, but we didn't need them. There were no measuring cups. It had everything else we needed.You have to cross the busy road to get to the beach, but I expected that.

Quiet, lovely condo in ideal location

The condo was lovely, decorated beautifully in calming blues and grays. We've been scoping out different complexes, in preparation for buying a unit at some point. This was our firsy stay at Captain's Cove, and I would definitely consider buying there.We found it to be very chill/quiet. Parking was extremely convenient. And the location is ideal, easy access via Stewart Road if you prefer to avoid the Seawall traffic. It doesn't take long to get to I-45, but you're also far enough west that you can easily get to the state park, and the less touristy restaurants down that way (Venado's etc.)The host did a good job of communicating. I was confident I would get a quick response if any issue arose. But there were no such issues, which is always what you really hope for. Check-in / check-out was as smooth as could be.The view from the balcony was lovely. We didn't use the pool (because it was February). The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels and even some blankets that came in handy.We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our week stay . More baking utensils were needed and they were supplied immediately upon request. The view of the beach was great but traffic noise from Seawall Blvd was too much to enjoy the patio. The thermostat required patience to learn the necessary functions and once learned worked well. We do not understand the level of security when the door entry code remains the same for multiple renters. Craig provided accurate responses to our questions and requests. We had a great time.

Things needed, more than one dish towel, soap in bathrooms, small bottles shampoo would be nice. Pool needed cleaning. Broken pot on front entry unsightly. Everything was good otherwise, perfect location beautiful sunrise and sunset. Will visit again!

Stayed prior to cruise, access to pool and beach, on Seawall, comfy and just right for 4 adults and 2 kids. Elevator, accessible for my husband and his walker. Good parking.
