The View! Step inside and be greeted by triple sliding glass doors in both the living room and primary bedroom, offering panoramic Gulf views. The private balcony spans the entire front of the unit.
Steps to the Sand â Take the elevator down, walk across the street, and you`re on the beach!
â Take in panoramic views of Babeâs Beach from the private balcony of this updated condo at By the Sea complex.
â The dog-friendly beach is steps across the street. The community pool and on-site tennis court are both newly renovated. Walk to local fishing piers and Walmart or take a short drive to popular attractions and dining. The trolley stops half-a-block away and goes to The Strand, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens,
downtown, shopping and more for $1 each way.
â Kick back and gaze out at the Gulf view in the coastal-themed living room. Furnishings include a sofa bed, armchair, and smart TV with cable and soundbar. Step out to the balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze on a pair of bistro tables with 4 counter height Adirondack chairs for unobstructed views. Watch the ships come in with the table-top telescope. Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped cookâs kitchen.
