The View! Step inside and be greeted by triple sliding glass doors in both the living room and primary bedroom, offering panoramic Gulf views. The private balcony spans the entire front of the unit.

Steps to the Sand – Take the elevator down, walk across the street, and you`re on the beach!

● Take in panoramic views of Babe’s Beach from the private balcony of this updated condo at By the Sea complex.

● The dog-friendly beach is steps across the street. The community pool and on-site tennis court are both newly renovated. Walk to local fishing piers and Walmart or take a short drive to popular attractions and dining. The trolley stops half-a-block away and goes to The Strand, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens,
downtown, shopping and more for $1 each way.

● Kick back and gaze out at the Gulf view in the coastal-themed living room. Furnishings include a sofa bed, armchair, and smart TV with cable and soundbar. Step out to the balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze on a pair of bistro tables with 4 counter height Adirondack chairs for unobstructed views. Watch the ships come in with the table-top telescope. Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped cook’s kitchen. You’ll find a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, icemaker, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and ample granite counter space, plus coffee and an assortment of spices.

● This unit has been recently remodeled with wood-look tile flooring, new AC, hurricane triple sliding-glass doors in living room and primary bedroom.

● Wake up to views of the beach in the primary bedroom with oversized closet. This room also has a smart TV with cable with its own access to the balcony that spans 18-feet –the width of the entire condo.

● The guest bedroom with its own beach view is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed, a desk and Wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable). The updated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and built-in seat.

● The pool and cabana area have gas grills and a firepit. Communal laundry room has new front-load washers and dryers, $2 per machine using the app. This complex, on the dog-friendly Babe’s Beach, welcomes pets with an on-site fenced dog park and waste bags. There is a $10.83 per stay fee for pets, payable directly to the condo upon check-in.

● Safety and security are important at By the Sea, with 24/7 front desk staff and security personnel and a gated parking lot in the rear. The gated lot is locked at midnight, while the parking lot in front accommodates late-night entries. A parking fee PER CAR covers your entire stay. The fee is about $38 per car.

● Things to Know: Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.1-2 dogs welcome. There is a $10.83 fee, per pet per stay, payable to the condo upon check-in. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

**Construction may be occurring at the property through April 15. Heavy equipment may be heard from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. Front parking lot closed weekdays during construction.**
