"No Worries" is a Gorgeous, remodeled and well-appointed condo offering 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! Your family will love the two living areas, large kitchen; fully stocked for the chef in the family; as well as the indoor and outdoor dining options. There is plenty of room and fun for everyone; perfect for enjoying those all-important vacation memories. "No Worries" has cable TV and high-speed wireless internet throughout, so go ahead, post your beach fun on social media! Enjoy serene sunrises and amazing Gulf views from the spacious private balcony.
A storage locker is provided complete with beach wagon & beach chairs.

This condo offers: a king bed in the master bedroom, a California King in the 2nd bedroom, and the third bedroom offers a king bed with a twin trundle. The unit also has a new queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress! This makes this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together, sleeps 9 comfortably, (please note only 9 pool wristbands allowed). Pack & Play is also available for this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. By far the best on the island! You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other attractions.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
‱ Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
‱ Hot tubs
‱ Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
‱ Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
‱ The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.

The Condo was great! Lots of room and very clean. I do recommend renting a golf cart, this condo is a bit of a walk from the pool area. Very quiet area. Beautiful back porch to relax/nap on. Kitchen had everything we needed. Large community pool w/restaurant & bar.

Definitely worth a repeat visit!

We really loved this place. It had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. I love that it has three king beds and three bathrooms. We usually have a hard time finding anything where multiple adults can stay and have a good bed and a private bathroom to themselves. There was plenty of seating room in the main room with the TV and the little niche room off the kitchen was great for anyone who wanted to get away from the family :-) or who wanted to have quiet time or watch a different show on TV. We walked to the beach every day and each condo building had its own rinse off station. We also enjoyed the onsite pool. We did not try the bar or restaurant so can't really speak to those. Our family has gone to Galveston for years so we aren't as interested in spending lots of time in the main touristy Galveston area. This area is more quiet and the beaches are less crowded. We always order groceries in advance from Walmart and pick them up on our way to where we are staying. There are a couple of small grocery stores near the condo that are well stocked for anything you may have forgotten. Overall, a really wonderful relaxing stay.

GOOD STAY AND GREAT PLACE

We loved this vacation. The condo was wonderful, clean and with attention to detail. I guess our only complaint is not being able to check in until 4pm and having to leave with all the rules by 10am. Truly your vacation is 2 days on a 3 night charge.

Beautiful condo by the beach

I was very impressed with this condo. It’s newly renovated and spacious. It was very clean and the balcony area was so enjoyable for the sunset. The hosts were very responsive! However, theee key things I think would have helped our trip significantly m: 1) recommending renting a golf cart, it was really rough lugging around our stuff to the beach/ pool area with a toddler, definitely will rent a golf cart next time. 2) please warn people about the tar on the beach! It got all over our stuff because we weren’t aware of it being scattered throughout the beach. There were many spots that were not obvious and because we didn’t know to be aware we got it on so much stuff :(. 3) please include a vacuum in the unit. I hated not being able to quickly vacuum up sand in the unit after coming back from the beach - broom is too tedious! Other than that, lovely place and would love to come back! Thanks!

Family Getaway

Perfect experience at “No Worries!” Very well decorated and clean. Lots of room for our family. Spacious living areas and beautiful porch to enjoy a summer breeze and coffee. A short walk to the beach and pool. Loved, loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Loved it!

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a lovely view of the Gulf. Balcony was perfect for eating outside or enjoying a drink. Electric grill was used several times. Beds were comfortable. Terrific little play area for kids. Lots of tvs. Easy access to beach. Well supplied except for garbage bags. The kids loved the pool too.

Renter beware

We arrived to the property that we had rented to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. We get there early and decide to go get the pool wrist bands and were told we had not been put in by the owner yet. When I messaged the owner he didn't even know how many people were staying there even though he was given this information during initial booking. When we arrived at the property at 4 for check in we found out that one of the showers was out of order. Then tried to get the property cooler and I was informed that the a/c could only cool down to around 74 but during the day it was lucky to get down to 78. When discussing with the owner he said he would send someone out. This was supposed to be the next morning around 10. I was at the property theat morning and was waiting on.the a/c guy while my family went to the pool to cool off. At about 11am I message the owner and he informed me that the a/c guy was there and went on the roof at about 8:30 and told him that the unit was pretty much junk. It was not going to be repaired until the following week but did put more freon into it to try to help it. It did not work. We had to keep all the blinds closed and I had to go buy fans. At night it was miserable. When we cooked the place got extra hot. The beach package was not worth the money. We tried to use the tent but couldn't due to the zipper being unusable. The golf cart is no longer available due an incident out of the owners ability to control but he did not even let us know that the golf cart was no longer available so we could have a chance to arrange for another one. The property needs a pest service due to the Roaches that were crawling from the kitchen area. Overall we made the best of the situation but believe that the owner needs to pay attention to his property and communicate better with his renters prior to the visit and do what he needs to do to to make it right.

Completely Nasty - bugs everywhere

This property has a major roach / bug issue. We were at the property a few hours and ordered pizza. We started eating and roaches started getting everywhere. We packed everything up and went to a hotel, didn’t even stay at the property one night. Would love a full refund for this disgusting and I mean disgusting stay. Fix the dang issue before you try to put the property up and have people stay in it. People are wanting to enjoy a family vacation, not be charged for a property that been falsely advertised. We ended up paying for the VRBO and hotel!!!

Dirty with roaches

I would not recommend this unit. The unit was dirty and there are roaches in the kitchen. The property manager, Lance Wright, was rude and showed no concern at our disappointment. He offered nothing but informed us of how much we bothered him during our trip. I will say that the pointe west resort was nice and I'd be happy to give my money to anyone else in that resort!

Great place

The owner is so responsive and kind. We originally were supposed to be there the week of two hurricanes headed our way, but Lance helped us reschedule. The condo had ample room for me, my wife and our three kids. All of the furniture is plush and comfortable. There were all sorts of snacks and coffees and supplies left for us. Both resort pools were very clean and enjoyable, but we all loved the lazy river most. The resort restaurant had delicious food - even some good gluten free options for my wife with celiac. We loved renting the golf cart - it was fun to drive, it was in good shape, and it made it easy to zip around the property. My kids really loved the boogie boards in the family fun pack. The central AC wasnt working but there was a temporary AC set up and lots of fans. We saw some AC repair trucks outside the day we left. Overall, it is a great condo.

Good beach retreat

There was an issue with the AC, so check in was delayed slightly. They did instal a temporary AC, which was adequate for our short stay. The place was perfect size for our group and the coffee bar and complimentary snacks were very nice! The golf cart really needs a tune up, but it was still a lot of fun and convenient.
