We were informed to press the code , then press "Kwik Set" for check in process. Those words are not on the lock, you need to press the code, hear the locking mechanism then pull door towards you, then push in. 1 simple question was asked if they had a toaster oven, on the app twice and on the cell number provided never received a response, my husband wanted to know if they had a blender to prepare smoothies for him for breakfast, didn't ask since they couldn't answer the 1st question to begin with, the day before we checked out host sent a message offering a discount if we extended our stay, tells me that their interest is not about customer service or answering questions. Then made an excuse that they have been extremely busy. Sometimes we just need a quick answer instead of trying to look for it on the website. The restroom had mold and the water would not drain down when showering, pillows had stains, some furniture was very dusty. Bed by out door was super uncomfortable it sinks in the middle from wear and tear so was sleeper sofa, noticed the same comments back from Sept-October 2025 from other travelers upon my return. Young adults were loud till 2 a.m. on the condo upstairs.
