This gorgeous condo is one of only a few that offers all guests free INDOOR PARKING. Come enjoy our freshly painted unit with new beautiful furnishings. Our 6th floor location offers the most desirable views.

Reclining sofas with ocean vistas and a 4 seat balcony overlook the gulf and the amazing pools. A custom built heating fireplace was also recently added. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have their own smart TVs. High speed Internet makes it easy to work or play games from this unit. This condo also offers beach access without crossing a highway or street. We also provide a variety of beach toys and chairs in the bunk bedroom closet.

The primary bathroom has an oversized Jacuzzi for relaxation after a full day at the beach. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for preparing meals, or you may prefer to visit one of the nearby, local restaurants.

Very nice condo with a great view of the beach.There was a note on the freezer that the ice maker was out and the parts would be in the end of the week. We never heard a word. Very inconvenient with four gals on a girls trip.The TV in the living room was NOT a smart TV which definitely limited our TV watching. Very disappointing.

Excellent view, very clean, good mattresses and pillows, good variety of plates, cups, cooking utensils. The showers and tubs were excellent. Reclining furniture was comfortable. Could have used more blankets, and a sponge to do dishes. The dishwaser didn't do the greatest job, but everything was very nice and comfortable.

The property was in good order. The batteries on the TV remotes were running low and I was asked to personally replace them which I did not have the capacity to do, so TV was limited. The floors could have used some mopping and we were short on pool/beach towels. It would have been nice to have two sets of laundry soap instead of one. Also I recommend leaving a guide book so that checkout procedures are clearly accessible. I also recommend leaving a note on VRBO to message Vacasa directly as messages were not returned promptly on VRBO. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return!

We had five adults staying at the resort. We were supplied only two fobs, so we had to constantly share the fobs to enter gates and condo doors, which was an unnecessary inconvenience, enough to where the friends do not want to return in the future. It was a 3-bedroom condo. Supply one fob per bedroom, which would be three of them!

Great view of Gulf, Beach, and Pool. Very easy check in process and plenty of outdoor parking during Oct stay. The balcony furnishings were great. The beds were very comfy. Only thing we didn’t care for was the open concept of the master bedroom with the bath, toilet, and closet without doors for privacy.

We had three adult siblings and spouses stay for a short trip and we had a great time. Everybody did different things and there was plenty to do. Some of us stayed and relaxed in the comfy recliners and some of us stayed in the different pools. We had everything we needed, even pool toys and chairs in the closet. The only thing I will recommend to a future traveler is laundry and dishwasher soap, especially to wash towels. You only get one or two of each one. They also provide beach towels, which is nice. We hope to come back soon.

Good time but our condo was not the cleanest at all. The dishes and utensils were not clean at all. Not enough toilet paper for 6 people for a week. Found old grapes under back of sofa. No extra blankets/linens in closets.

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed a long weekend with our friends in the condo and took advantage of the great balcony views, access to the refreshing pools and lazy river, access to beach for nice walks and bike rides and close distance to nice restaurants. Will be back!

Nice, clean and comfortable beds , the resort is impeccable but there’s no Keurig in the unit and the ac won’t stay below 70 at night, we love sleeping with the ac set on 68 also the master bedroom ceiling fan is set backwards blowing air upwards.

Our stay! We were so excited about about stay. Looked forward to this stay for a long time. Had a few cons.. but overall it was a great stay. Before our arrival we received a text, Then we arrived at check in time but room wasn’t available. We waited around in hall way. The resort inside, hallways, entertainment room, fitness center, ext. was clean. Entering our room it was clean. There were some small areas that could have used cleaning. The unit has a locked AC system. It doesn’t come down no lower than 70 degrees. The first night it was very warm, uncomfortable to sleeWe asked for fans but none available. There is a coffee pot but not a Keurig pod coffee pot. There is small amounts of Dove shampoo and conditioner and tiny dove soup bars and one washing liquid pod for washing clothing. (Which we had brought our own supplies.) two dishwashers pods and dish liquid. Plenty of wash cloths and towels. There are no throw blankets in the living area. But pillows. Nice small patio area with patio furniture. The wide open glass windows help you enjoy the beach view at all times in the kitchen or living area. The beautiful pool area is nice. Needs some cleaning up around the pools and cabanas. The lazy river was relaxing and enjoyable. Could use some trimming of the trees around it. The white slide is not available to use. In the evening the mosquitoes are real bad. Enjoy spa time. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our stay above all was a great experience.

Great location!

This place was beautiful! Great location as promised! The lazy river and pool were both cold but that’s not the condo owners fault. The only thing we wish we knew earlier was that there was another elevator that goes right to the parking garage. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay! Highly recommend!
