Beach, heated pools and hot tub with full kitchen! Everything you need for a beach escape! 480 Square feet. Private Balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf Views!
Gulf view! DIRECTLY across the street from Babe's Beach! Close to restaurants right on the Seawall. Walk to shopping, fishing pier and more! This is a busy area on the Seawall.
The space
Condo is part of a Residential Resort Complex on the Seawall across from the beach.
Private Balcony.
Kitchen includes Full Size Fridge, Oven, and Microwave.
1 bedroom second level flat.
Bunk beds are Galley in the hall.
Square footage 480.
BBQs available on the ground level by the pools. First come first serve. Picnic tables also available nearby.
Fitness Center is open 24/7 unless under repair.
Guest access
Access to laundry facilities in each building. Machines take debit or credit cards. Check front desk for hours.
Fitness Center available 24 hours daily.
Tennis Courts have night lighting, and are accessible 24 hours. Rackets may be available at the Front Desk.
2 Pools!
Mushroom pool for adults and children. Pool features a mushroom play fountain and gradual water entry for the little ones or those who love to wade.
Pool #2 is a located closest to building 9. Hours are 10 am- 10 pm daily.
Be sure to check in upon arrival with front desk for your wrist bands.
2 Hot Tubs by building 3 are open as of May 2024. Hours are 10am- 10pm. They are subject to maintenance on rare occasion, in which case one should still be open.
Garden Area open 24 hours.
BBQ areas open 24 hours located by tennis courts.
BBQs are coal and not gas. Coals can be easily purchased across the street at Walmart.
Again, as with any Resort, pools and hot tubs are subject to cleaning and/or maintenance on occasion. Thank you for understanding and feel free to ask us if you're not sure!

Important Note:
Beach Escape Suite is a quiet hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. We cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.
Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

Check out 11 am.
We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. Early check-in may be subject to an additional charge. Please consider booking the night before if needed.
ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk.
We require valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund.
Please be sure disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 6).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!
For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars!for reuse. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards!
RULES:
Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $35 per stay (up to 14 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security.
Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
Trash chute is located 10 feet from front door.
Please start dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. đ
PLEASE HANG SOILED towels in the bathroom or on the patio to dry for laundering at checkout time. DO NOT place linens on the floor please. Be considerate to future guests. Thank you
We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!đ
TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION.
