▸ This condo has a Murphy cube queen cabinet bed which is SO much more comfortable than a queen sofa bed! The mattress is amazing. This queen bed is in the den with the reclining sofa. To open the bed, the coffee table conveniently rolls out of the way.
▸Dogs are accepted but must be approved and $150 pet fee paid during the reservation process and registered a the complex upon arrival. Agressive breeds are not allow at this property.
▸All the cooking supplies are provided in the beautiful updated kitchen with full size stainless appliances.
▸Lounge in luxury in the bedroom featuring a king bed. Bed linens are provided.
▸The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features a bathtub and shower combination...all updated beautifully. 6 towel sets are provided.
▸Your kids will love the bunk beds with cute curtains provided their own beach nook.

▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

2. Pet Policy: We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers
