Our well-stocked kitchen includes a Keurig and separate coffee pot, blender, toaster and crockpot, as well as cooking supplies and general spices. Convenient breakfast bar for dining and plenty of counter space for serving. If you prefer to dine out, check out our list of favorite restaurants in our condo book on site.

The cozy living room features a comfy sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV and additional chairs that provide plenty of seating. Along with chairs for eating at the island.

The primary bedroom boasts a King bed and a 48" TV. There is a sliding door that gives access to the massive balcony. There is a ensuite with this bedroom featuring a spacious walk in shower.

There are twin bunks just outside the secondary bedroom which features plugs for tablets and phones as well as their own lights for late night reading. The bottom bunk can convert to a table for eating or playing games.

Spacious, remodeled full bath with a shower/tub combo. No need to take home laundry we have a convenient washer and dryer with an starter supply of laundry supplies available for use. All bath linens and bed sheets are provided. The primary, secondary and both twin beds are ready upon arrival with additional linens for the sofa bed.

The Maravilla complex has 3 pools plus a hot tub you can enjoy. The beautiful resort pool is one of the largest on Galveston Island and a guest favorite. There is a smaller kiddie pool with a beach entry and on the east side the third pool is heated in the winter months. Three elevators serve the complex, the "Sea Horse" elevator provides the closest access to the unit.

The Maravilla is a Pet friendly complex. Maravilla now has an amazing new DOG PARK located on the Westside of Building G. You and your guests can take your pet(s) to the park, let them off their leash to run, jump and enjoy their Beach Vacation too. The Dog Park has a doggie shower, toys (Frisbees, hula-hops) obstacle courses, fire hydrant and so much more for your fur-babies to enjoy. Benches are located throughout the park so you can sit and watch them play. Pet stations are on the far west side of the park and we ask that you please pickup after them. When exiting the dog park we ask that you pick up the toys your pet has played with and secure the gate. In addition; there is a hand sanitizer station located at the exit of the park.

NOTE: We have also added an Doggie Shower on the driveway side of the EAST POOL, so that you can rinse off your pets after going to the beach and before entering your condo. No aggressive breeds, weight limit is 30 pounds.

Covered parking as well as additional parking is available - parking is $10 per day plus sales tax per car for your entire stay and must be purchased in the Maravilla office when you arrive. Per day rates will be capped at $70 per 30 day period and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

The ocean is directly across the street, and the beach widens as you head left towards the pier. Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend getaway, a weekend away with friends or a fun-filled family adventure, our condo is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation!

For your convenience we have included a wagon that you are welcome to use to get to and from the beach. All we ask is that you rinse it off before returning to the condo.
