Why cross the street to get to the beach, when you can stay at
“What a View” and be steps from your own private beach!

Seascape is located just west of Seawall and sits directly on the beach, so there is no need to walk across the street. Located on the first floor with elevator access, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate up to 8 guests.

Relax with a cup of coffee on a lazy vacation morning on a large tiled balcony while taking in the amazing gulf view.

The kitchen has recently been updated and is well equipped with beautiful granite countertops and plenty of space. The kitchen has an island with seating for three, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Keurig & a regular coffee pot, waffle maker and griddle, along with all the utensils, flatware, glasses, pans, etc. You will also find a frozen drink/margarita machine. Everything that you would need for those days you just want to sit back and relax.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort with a new wall mounted 42” Smart TV. Two bunk beds in the hall, and a double size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 55” Smart TV. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Linens and towels will also be provided.

Both bathrooms offer an oversized walk-in shower, large one sink vanity and wall mounted blow dryers.

Deck box is filled with beach and pool toys. There is a fold up wagon designed for the beach to help lighten the load. And beach chairs.

Seascape amenities include direct beach access, elevators, 2 heated pools (one is a kids pool), 2 hot tubs, and BBQ pits.

Seascape Resort is a gated community with a security guard and covered parking.

The condo was excellent.... perfect location to just view the beach from the balcony, plus located right by the stairs and elevator..... Well thought out and had everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing get away. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. I've stayed at many condos at Seascape and this one is my all time favorite!!! Highly recommend and plan to return!!!

This condo in Beach experience was one of the best that I’ve ever had! The condo was immaculate, the owner thought of everything, and I do mean everything that you could possibly need and it was there for your use. Puzzles games coloring, but Stan toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, the works! Stacey is easy to communicate in quick to communicate. Check in was easy checkout was easy quick access to the beach. It’s right there. The view is beautiful. The pole is a nice there’s a kid pool a big pool in the hot tub attached to the big pool in a separate hot tub for adults only. Again, this condo was a home away from home with stunning views and everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend booking this condo!! Thank you Stacey for a fabulous experience!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect. It is close to the pool area, the beach walkover & the elevator. All around a great stay. From the booking, accuracy of booking, checkin with Kevin at front guard shack (super nice fella), getting into condo (one snafu that was QUICKLY resolved, beautiful condo inside, great facility, beach access, parking,safe, etc ! Girls trip

Overall we enjoyed the majority of the condo. It had sufficient room for sleeping and bathroom use. However we believed it was big enough for 8 people. Only 6 could sit down to eat and not together. It had a kitchen island just big enough for 3 to eat around with backless barstools. There was also a narrow table with 3 more backless barstools. If we wanted to relax in the evening to watch tv there was only 1 couch- big enough for 3 people. We had 5 adults so we had to bring in the 2 stadium/beach chairs to sit. Very little room in the kitchen and living room- both connected and still too small for 5 adults. The balcony was very nice and had 4 chairs. The unit was stocked very well with all that was needed. I don’t think it should be listed for 8. Nice for 2 adults and 4 kids or maybe even 4 adults and 2 kids as long as you don’t want to watch tv altogether.
