This is a great get away spot, it's at the end of a dead end street, so only local traffic, enough space for a large family, and really close to the beach.

A very nice, calm and cozy property. Was very clean and well kept. Beach access is just a few steps away. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely like to go back. We would also recommend others to visit the place. Property manager Stacy was very helpful and friendly, appreciate her help.

Wonderful Stay at the Seasar's Palace

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Seasar's Palace. The location is very convenient since the beach is a very short walk away. The iTrip staff were excellent. We had a little issue with the lock, but Jessica and her colleagues were very accommodation and they were always available for assistance. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Little Seasar’s Place - Bermuda Beach

We rented this beach house for our son and his family over the Memorial Day weekend. This adorable and cozy little beach house was perfect! And, a view of the gulf? Yes please! The management company’s customer service was the icing on the cake.

Cute little beach house

Our stay was very nice. The house was clean and fit our whole family of 7 easily. Having a washer and dryer was great. The only things that were wrong was that we couldn’t get the code to work the whole time to lock and unlock the door and there are benches along the railings on the deck that my 3 year old kept getting on. I had to watch her very carefully to make sure she didn’t go over.

Absolutely loved our beach house. It was clean, super cute, and had an amazing view. I did contact the property manager and got no response but since it wasn’t important I didn’t keep trying. Other than that it was perfect

Old home layout with moderate improvements

One very small bathroom upstairs away from the bedrooms, disappointing. Loose toilet seat. Downstairs beds more comfortable than upstairs. All appliances worked well, nice couches, upstairs air conditioning was nice. Unfortunately, would not stay here again.

The property looks recently updated and the location was fantastic. There are gaps around the front and sliding doors. They need to seal the doors because the gaps allowed three large cockroaches into the property which we found dead the morning we were leaving. They know they have a pest problem because they have electronic pest repeller devices in every room.

Vacation mode

Upstairs is quaint and cozy. Downstairs beds were not great, one specifically was bowed in middle and we were unable to sleep on. The charcoal grill had a leg that was rusted and fell over. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, really liked how quiet and calm the beach was and the neighborhood was quiet as well. Not too far from west end restaurants or from strand in opposite direction.

Mini Getaway

The house was perfect for our 3 couples and 2 teens. Plenty of room. House was just painted, first thing we smelled, other than that house was good. Fridge did not close properly, but kept our food cold. Beds downstairs were super soft and comfortable. Sheets were cleaned and smelled good. The patio was perfect for eating and playing games. Outdoor shower was a life saver. Only thing I recommended is bring your off spray, the mesquitos were crazy especially by the stairs. We all enjoyed the house it was perfect for us, would def come back.
