0307 Amazing Galveston Condo with Beautiful Beach view

We are original owners and take great pride in maintaining our unit and providing a comfortable and inviting condominium with lots of extras. Our unit has the feel of soaring above the beach but low enough for a quick trip down to the amazing pool, large deck with lots of private seating and an always perfectly kept hot tub. There is a comfortable poly-wood bar table and chairs to relax close to the ocean and an unobstructed view of the beach, palm trees, sounds of the gulf and many birds that occupy our sanctuary.

We love our unique location, just above beautiful palms and a great view of the flowers and native grasses in the expansive gardens. High enough for a gorgeous view but still able to connect with the sounds of the gulf and birds below. There is a beautiful view of each unique morning seeing the sun rise over the shimmering gulf. May days have been spent reading and taking in the scenes, gentle rolling of waves and the fresh scents of the ocean. We are close to the elevator to save steps but very quiet and away from the pool for reduced noise and privacy. The units design limits outside or hall noise even in the busiest seasons of the summer months.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, with a variety of cookware, dining ware, glasses, mugs for relaxing coffee in the unit or the fresh coffee every morning in the lobby. We have added supplies, so you don’t have to take time away from cooking and avoiding the need to break away to the store for just one item. Time slows down relaxing in private in the room with many options for seating and lounging in comfort. There is a full bath with tub/shower for those who still enjoy soaking after a long day and for safely bathing kids. We have beach shovels and toys for children and a pull cart for extras to take down to the beach.

The beach is just a short, private walkway with a very safe and beautifully maintained expansive garden with lots of separate picnic areas and BBQ grills ready. Within minutes we can be on the beach for a sunset walk or to put our feet in the waters of the gulf. It has also been a treat to be close enough to check on family enjoying the pool and deck below to but not directly so there is a feeling of privacy and limited noise during the busy times of the year.

Even on cooler, rainy days there is an amazing experience of the beach and heated pool for year-round enjoyment. There is a great breeze in the summer and the pool location provides protection from cooler winds during the winter months. Located on Galveston's peaceful and expansive East Beach with limited access and no vehicles for wonderful private or family getaways, just minutes from the seawall and historical areas of Galveston.
