Located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a residential building in the city center, just 500 meters from the main street, Corso Roma , where you can find all kinds of venues: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and various types of shops. Just 5 minutes away are the most renowned beaches of Baia Verde, home to the heart of the Salento nightlife.
The apartment is very bright, surrounded by a balcony and a sea-view terrace. It consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking area. The sleeping area includes one air-conditioned double/twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower box (no bidet). In the living room, there is a sofa bed (1.5 places).
Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are available for guests.

The penthouse boasts a privileged location, as it is just a short walk from the city center, from Corso Roma (Gallipoli's main street), and from the beach. The nearest beach, characterized by smooth, easily accessible rocks, is about 500 meters away on foot, while continuing for about 1 km leads you to Gallipoli’s most famous sandy coastline, including beaches from Lido San Giovanni to Punta Pizzo .
N.B.: The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and check-in/check-out.
