Cute comfy home in the country

We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by several farm animals within fenced areas on the property. The home was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It was the perfect spot for us to stay, with our visiting venue in a nearby town. The host was very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend if you enjoy quiet country living.

Great little spot

House was clean and nice. We were only there to sleep and it was close to our venue. Make sure to have all your information before you head there though, service is non-existent in that area. All the animals around were cool.

Gorgeous mobile house!

So comfortable and prefect. I woken in the early morning and I went to outside and get some fresh air, and chickens around the backyard it was so beautiful. Very cute decorated house! There’s adorable animals made me so happy. Thank you for let us stay! What the wonderful people!

We enjoyed staying here. We enjoyed the farm life. Loved the chickens ! The home was very inviting and comfortable-loved the Farm Decor. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there for us. Great place to stay!

Wonderful Surprise

This is a beautiful property out in the country, we all loved it! Very clean and comfortable, all the amenities mentioned were readily available. The location was about a 35 minute drive to the speedway which was perfect for us, not too far and not too close. We enjoyed sitting outside on the picnic table and listening to the nature sounds around us and watching the chickens. Access to the home was very easy as well as getting around the area, nothing was too far. It was great fun and felt like home. The decor was sweet and cozy, the night we arrived after checking out the casino we lazed around and watched a movie and slept great! If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy, comfortable place with provided snacks and coffee this is the perfect place.

Farmhouse stay

We enjoyed our weekend on the Eastern Shore. This home was close to Smyrna, DE, as well as excellent restaurants in Georgetown, MD. A true delight. The home was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Peaceful country getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here, the host was so nice, he was quick to respond with questions, and willing to work with us extending our stay with our complicated schedule. We work on boats and had to get work done because we were taking on water. This was such a nice release from the stressful days in the yard. We were always greeted by the friendly cows and each day there were new animals! Fresh eggs from the chickens/ducks and cute little pigs on our last day. Couldn’t say nicer things about the property, our stay or Richard. Friendly bar up the road and a beautiful drive each direction. Would easily stay here again when we get work done on the boat at Georgetown! Thank you for letting us in your home!

This was an amazing place to stay. Quiet country living away from all the noise and distractions of today's modern hotels. All while being merely minutes from entering you need. Extremely clean and new house, with an owner who was really accessible to answer any questions. Richard was very nice and accommodating, and a joy to speak with. I can't recommend those place enough and plan on staying here again when I visit this area.

Nice, peaceful stay

We loved the place. The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable and new. It has everything you may need. The rooms are nicely sized, and the bathrooms are clean. My kids loved building a little campfire in the garden. The bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator were a nice touch (as were the coffee, shampoo and snacks provided). The area is peaceful and wooded. There was no problem finding the house. The cows and horses in the surrounding pastures were a nice surprise. We loved the beautiful country roads and the small villages, but you also have supermarkets and amenities a short drive away. The owner was very helpful. He answered our messages quickly and accommodated our needs. Perfect for exploring the area, enjoying nature or as a base to drive to the numerous beaches and coast towns in Delaware or Maryland. We had a very nice and peaceful stay. Thanks for everything!

Exceeded Expectations

My son and I spent a weekend in MD, hunting. This place was ABSOLUTLY perfect and far exceeded our expectations. It had EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME. Hosts were responsive and helpful! Place was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy, linens were clean. Only critique would be the spotty WiFi made it difficult to watch live tv, but you don't to a place in the woods to watch tv! Awesome stay! Thank you so much!

10/10 wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mr. Bland's home. The home was full of amenities (coffee, shampoo, soap, snacks). The home is very well kept and clean. Additional items (blankets, pots and pans) were easy to locate with in the house. I really liked how they had provided games for us to play during out down time. The home it's self was easy to locate off the main road and in a quiet area. Neighbors were quiet and the main road is not frequently traveled from others. It was a nice quiet get away, and I definitely 10/10 recommend all around. I definitely will be booking with them again.
