2 Bedroom Townhouse w/Play Room+Pets Welcome

Welcome to Dear Galena, a modern tri-level retreat townhouse with a view of the Territory. It's the perfect getaway for couples, friends, family or just YOU!!!!

Situated within The Galena Territory and near Eagle Ridge South Golf Course, this townhouse has two bedrooms - one with two twin beds, one with a king size bed and two full bathrooms with tub and shower. A pull out sofa bed for additional guest(s) and high-speed Wi-Fi internet for streaming entertainment and all of your work from home needs.

The three-level living townhouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home only minutes away from the historic downtown Galena with everything you need for your stay. As you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by the main stairs entryway landing. To the right in the entryway we have hooks for you to hang your coat and bag as well as a tray for you to remove your shoes and get comfortable and ready for your stay.

If you start downstairs you will find the entrance to the garage on the right. This one-car garage is available with your stay. Inside the garage you will find a Level-II Electric Vehicle Charger (J1772 only - Tesla owners, please bring your adapters) for your Electric Vehicle. EV Charger is yours to use for free during your stay. Past the garage, you will find the laundry room if you ever need to clean something before heading home.

In the laundry room you will find our dog friendly supply cart for your stay. Included will be a large-size dog crate, extra leashes if needed, dog bowl for food and water, a doggie mat, and extra dog waste bags. We DO NOT charge a pet fee. We do have a deposit requirement that will be return 3-5 days after check-out. Deposit required for all stays, with or without pets.

After the laundry room, you will find our Family Playroom! The playroom is fully stocked with children books, puzzles of all ages, variety of games, board games of all ages, a diner restaurant play set, and a 55" smart TV (with Netflix) with a mini Sega Genesis pre-loaded with 40+ Old School games. Feel free to bring your own gaming console and plug into the TVs HDMI.

As you head upstairs, you will find our main living area. The living room features a pull out sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people, a few books to read, a smart TV (with Netflix), two additional seating, a gas fireplace, and extra throw pillows and blankets for your comfort.

The dining room table will seat four and we have three additional stools at the kitchen island for your to enjoy a meal. A highchair is also available for the littlest one.

Behind the dining room table we have our beverage bar. Available for your use is a tea kettle, a coffee maker, a single serve Keurig machine, a Nespresso Vertuo and a Blender. We are fully stocked with an assortment of teas, coffee, espresso, hot chocolate and more. But feel free to bring your preferred coffee or tea drink of choice.

Inside the kitchen you will find everything you need to cover your breakfast, lunch and dinner - and everything in between.

On this level you will find Bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. We have furnished the room with a ceiling fan, alarm clock, throw pillows, and throw blankets for extra comfort. You will also find a playpen and a baby gate inside the bedroom closet. Bathroom 1 is connected to Bedroom 1 and the kitchen. This is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On this same level, you can walk out into the front patio and enjoy the great view of the golf course and beyond. The patio have two conversation seating and a rocking egg chair.

Upstairs we have our Primary Bedroom. The Primary Bedroom has a king size bed, high ceiling and great views of the Galena Territory. We have furnished this room with a large floor mirror, a work from home desk with a desk chair, and a reading nook for your relaxation. There are plenty of books for your enjoyment and throw blankets for your comfort. Inside the bedroom closet you will also find a mini portable crib for the little one. This bedroom also has an on-suite full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

As our guest, you will also have access to the pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness center, basketball court and game room at the Galena Territory Owner's Club, a short three miles from the townhouse (2000 Territory Drive Galena, IL). You'll access this with the Owner's Club proximity cards that will be in the kitchen drawer when you arrive. Electric Vehicle charging stations are available on-site in the Owner's Club.
