This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 full bath Lake Lanier home with an additional bedroom/office in the basement invites you to bring your family and friends for a great lake get away. Gorgeous lake views from the huge deck and separate patio make it fabulous for total enjoyment. The dock is covered and has space to dock your boat on either side.
The house is perfectly situated between Gainesville and Dawsonville with a ton of shopping and dining.
The space
The main bedroom offers a king bed, full bath, and privacy. Best off all, step out to the deck where the sitting area is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or moonlight cocktails, all while enjoying the lake views and gentle breezes.
The 2 main level additional guest bedrooms have queen size beds with a shared bath.
The terrace level bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds. There is also a full bath for your convenience. Enjoy the fun room! Settle into the comfy couch to watch the 65â TV, play foosball, cards or even shoot hoops. We didnât forget the big kids! There is a large wet bar with mini fridge for your enjoyment too.
Sip wine from the cooler or coffee from the coffee bar while you cook up great food in the well-stocked kitchen. There is a gas grill for the âcatch of the day.â The laundry room is stocked with your laundry necessities, plus additional supplies of towels and beach towels.
Remote workers rejoice - a dedicated desk with a comfy chair, monitor and power strip/surge protector in the basement with a door that closes for privacy allows you to put in a little bit of time at the office while enjoying lake views.
Lake access is just steps to your private dock with outside dining table and chairs. The Dock is located in Honeymoon cove, a quiet cove with gentle waters for paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing. Feel free to park your boat on either side of the dock during your stay. Note the boat slip is not available.
Two kayaks and two life jackets are provided for your use with our compliments.
Wi-fi internet throughout the house and at the dock. Remote workers are welcome to use the work desk with monitor.
Parking:
Garage and driveway can easily hold five cars. And thereâs a dedicated spot for your boat trailer at the top of the driveway. There is NO parking on the street or on the grass in front of the house.
Free level 2 EV charger (40 amps).

Guest access:
Guests are welcome to access all parts of the house - inside and outside - with the exception of a utility room downstairs and two locked cabinets in the garage.
Other things to note:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There is a fine starting at $500 for smoking inside with additional cleaning & remediation fees.
Pets are not allowed.
Safety:
The property features three exterior cameras â one above the garage in the front, one at the back and one on the dock. They do not monitor any interior spaces.
Noise Regulation:
Please respect the Quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. This house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. It is not appropriate or acceptable to have large groups to party.
Wildlife:
You may see our local wildlife wandering around. We have a variety of critters that love living near the water and woods too!
The house is not wheelchair handicap accessible.
