• NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
• NO pets; $500 fee
• NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $500 fee
• NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $250 fee for each unregistered guest
• We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home
• We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us
• Please be respectful of the space and clean up reasonably after yourself
• Do not leave any trash outside. There are three garbage dumpsters locations in the community.

Bathroom Amenities: We offer luxury brand name toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion enriched with pure ingredients that are good for your skin. Each product is 100% cruelty-free, gluten-free, paraben-free, vegan, biodegradable and comes in a recyclable PET bottle. Naturally scented for an invigorating and refreshing scent of Bergamot, Sandalwood, Cedar, and Orange Rind. It is formulated with essential oils and olive oils, with no added coloring.

Bathroom Supplies: All three bathrooms come equipped with toilet bidets. Once you get used to the luxury of toilet bidets you won’t be able to live without them. We provide plenty of extra toilet paper and trash can liners to our guests.
Laundry Supplies: We provide scent free and hypoallergenic laundry detergent pods by Tide. Made with no irritating residues, no dyes, and no perfumes for your laundry needs while staying at our condo.

Kitchen Supplies: We understand the need to have plenty of clean dishes, coffee mugs, glasses and silverware. Our kitchen has 12 of each. We provide plenty of dishwasher detergent pods and dishwashing liquid besides clean sponges and plenty of extra paper towel rolls and trash liners. This kitchen is made for a chef who wants to enjoy cooking while staying at our condo. It comes equipped with a 16 jar spice rack, plenty of baking trays and pans, 3 ply stainless steel cookware set, blender, hand held cake mixer, coffee maker and tea kettle. Condiments such as ketchup and mustard are also proved complimentary along with olive oil, variety of teas, coffee, creamer and sugar.

Free Parking: Free parking spots outside the condo.

Guest Access: All of the condo except the supplies closets which are locked.

Outdoor Perks: Community pool for hot Florida days. Let us know if you’re planning on using the pool so we can provide you with pool towels. Relax, with peaceful nature views in the back, and keep an eye out for our friendly neighborhood ducks!
