Villa Floria is a unique villa with white façades, located in a panoramic position above the coastal town of Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern end of Puglia. Arranged on one level, it houses two double bedrooms and a bright open space living area with kitchen, dining table and seating area, all connected to the outdoor terrace. The outdoor spaces are distinguished by whitewashed arches, local stone walls and shaded corners ideal for lunches and moments of relaxation. From the terrace there is a wide and suggestive view of the sea, while the infinity pool with solarium offers a private corner for relaxation. The villa is in a strategic position for exploring both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, with easy access to towns such as Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce.

GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into open space living area with kitchen and dining area; hallway that leads to two double bedrooms; a bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located in a separate external compartment. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a partially fenced paved terrace and olive trees. The garden includes a patio adjacent to the pool with dining area, shaded corners for relaxation, sea view and stone barbecue. A private driveway leads to the parking area with two parking spaces. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located next to the patio. Rectangular in shape; measures 6 x 4 m; constant depth of 1.30 m; covered in sand-colored PVC; salt purification system; has hydromassage nozzles; access with two wide steps. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot water. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.
