The villa has a wonderful stone terraced garden enhanced with various ornamental plants, a large sunny courtyard in front of the house with parking space and at the back a further relaxation area equipped with modern furnishings, barbecue, a small outdoor kitchenette and finally a relaxing garden protected by a beautiful pine forest.
Upstairs there is a charming terrace (also directly accessible from the outside) which offers guests an extraordinary panoramic view, thanks to the elevated position and the refined glass railings that stretch out towards the sea.
The villa is internally divided into two distinct floors: sleeping area on the ground floor with four bedrooms and related services and living area on the upper floor. The rooms are composed as follows: a queen size bedroom, a French bedroom, two triple rooms each one equipped with a queen size bed and a single bed.
The ground floor is accessed by two detached side entrances which lead to the four bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms and one little toilette.
From this floor, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor. The living area is bright and includes the large living room, the kitchen and an additional service bathroom.
The living room, enlivened by a large arched window, represents the central fulcrum of the house which leads directly to both the splendid terrace overlooking the sea and the back garden.
