The villa is situated prominently above the sea on the stunning Amalfi Coast, boasting a stretch of mesmerizing cliffs and bays, extending from Praiano to Amalfi.

Access to the villa is granted through a gated entrance from the main road that connects all the destinations on the Amalfi Coast. A spacious car park leads to a short flight of steps, guiding guests to the expansive flower garden that gracefully descends towards the upper terrace surrounding the villa. Here, the kitchen and outdoor dining area can be found. The other side of the villa, resembling the bow of a ship, offers breathtaking views of the Praiano promontory. Further down, another terrace presents equally captivating vistas and provides access to the private seawater swimming pool (14m x 7m) and a private pathway leading to the sea.
The villa spans three floors. The first floor encompasses an externally accessible kitchen, an open-air dining area, and an internal dining room. Descending a flight of stairs leads to the next level, which reveals a spacious living room with a vintage ceramic floor from Vietri. This room features satellite TV and a fireplace. Finally, descending another internal staircase brings guests to the sleeping quarters, consisting of five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning.

The swimming pool is available for use from 18th March to 23rd September.

Accommodation – covering an area of 350sqm – accommodates up to 14 guests in seven double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Ground floor – A large panoramic terrace with an outdoor dining area, connected to the internal dining room. The kitchen, only accessible from the outside, is adjacent to the dining area.

Lower ground floor – A spacious living room with a television and access to a second panoramic terrace.

Floor below – Five double bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower. The floor also includes a large private garden with a swimming pool and a pathway leading to the sea.

Annex – The villa also includes a separate annex located 30m away from the main building, housing two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring showers.

Location/distances – The nearest village with food shops, Praiano, is located 3km away. Amalfi is 6km away, and Positano is 8km away. In the surrounding villages and at Praia beach, multiple restaurants offer superb local cuisine.

The beach at Marina di Praia, situated 1km towards Praiano, serves as a rare car-accessible beach with paid parking facilities. It provides a romantic setting for enchanting evenings with seaside restaurants and entertainment venues. Here, visitors will also find a charming footpath carved into the cliffs, reminiscent of the renowned Cinque Terre’s Road of Love.

The striking Fiordo di Furore, also situated 1km towards Amalfi, boasts a 28-meter-high bridge where acrobatic diving competitions are held annually (in July).
