Set on the ground floor of a character Madeira house, with its own private entrance, this one-bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and finished in contemporary décor, and benefits from its shared courtyard garden.
Being set off a pedestrianised street, It benefits from being in a tranquil area, yet close to cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and the Plaza shopping centre, all between 250 meters and 400 metres walking distance.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen complements the open plan lounge and dining area that leads to the enclosed courtyard. Here you will find 2 sun chairs and a sun umbrella, and outdoor dining facilities, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an evening drink.
The separate bedroom, with King-size bed, also opens to this beautiful and well cared for patio. A contemporary modern shower room off the living area and a separate outdoor laundry completes the apartment.

Chill Garden Apartment is located in the heart of Funchal, and you can find all the facilities within a short walking distance. It’s the perfect spot to from which to explore Funchal and the island as it is perfectly located, with easy access to all means of transport.
For those wishing to hire a car, there is a public car park only 30 m up from the apartment.

Nearby
The apartment is located in the historic area of SĂŁo Pedro, and set within narrow steep traditional streets.
The La Vie Shopping centre with many shops and a large branded supermarket is only 350 m away.
There are plenty of cafés and restaurants in the surrounding and only 200 meters walking distance is the pedestrian area of Rua da Carreira where you can find many cafés, restaurants, bars and shops.
Vintage Garden Apartment provides easy walking access to the whole of Funchal downtown and its many points of interest. The Municipal Gardens are only 300 m away, and the park Santa Catarina and Funchal marina and seafront a 600 m walk.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 150€ is required on arrival, payable by credit card before arrival
The minimum stay is 05 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival.

The entrance code will be sent 2 days before your arrival.
This property is a self check-in unit and check-in time is 16:00 or after. A code will be provided for access to the property.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out. It’s always confirmed on a request basis.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented for all arriving visitors on or after 01 October 2024 across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities.
This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person.
