Welcome to this magnificent apartment located in exclusive El Higueron and just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean and the noise of Fuengirola. Here you come looking for a luxury home with gym and pool near the beach. The location of the apartment is the best imaginable in El Higueron because Middel Views is located at the bottom of the hill, it is also possible to walk the short walk to the beach, if you do not feel like hanging out at one of the 2 pools with children's pool that Middel Views has to offer. There is also a fully equipped gym with pool views. Opposite Middel Views is Carvajal train station which runs directly between Malaga city, the airport (26min) and Fuengirola (9min). At the train station there is also a free bus every half hour that takes you to the beach, Hilton Hotel, Nagomi Spa, El Higueron Padel and up to Carrefour where there are also some restaurants and cafes. On the promenade closest to the apartment, there are several restaurants that are high on Tripadvisor's list in Fuengirola, including La Tabla del Rey, Mias Pizzorante and Los Marinos Jose (which has also been mentioned in the Micheling guide). When you step in through the door, you are greeted directly by the open floor plan and the wonderful view of the Mediterranean from the terrace. Straight ahead is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Micro, Coffee maker, toaster and much more. Further from the kitchen there is a large dining group for 6 people and a comfortable sofa group with a Smart TV. From here you come out to the large terrace facing south with sea views and sunrise. Here you have a nice lounge group and a dining group for dining and hanging out outdoors. There are 3 bedrooms where the master bedroom and bedroom two each have a double bed and wardrobe space and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and its own access to the large terrace. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with central A / C, WIFI, Dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, free access to gym and year-round pool.  There is also a garage space belonging to the apartment. One set of bed linen and towels is included per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
