Welcome to this fantastic 4 bedroom townhouse with pool located in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, just a 10 minute walk to the lovely beach and restaurants. The area is very quiet but close to restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife, as well as the beach, Nagomi Spa, padel court (one of them is right in front of the house and included in the rent) and much more. Malaga Airport is 15 minutes away by car, 27 minutes by train (Carvajal). When you step inside the gate you have your own parking and breakfast terrace, to the right inside the inner door is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster and much more. Half a staircase down is the living room with a large smart TV, fireplace (not functional), out from the living room there is a lovely balcony with sea views and a staircase down to a larger terrace overlooking the padel court. Downstairs in the house is the basement floor with a comfortable sofa bed, ping pong table. From here you also reach the sunny terrace. One floor up from the entrance level are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the bedrooms each have a double bed and their own air conditioning. There is also a lovely roof terrace with wonderful views of the Mediterranean with sun loungers to take it easy. The house is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, washer and dryer, access to gym and padel, shared seasonal pool and much more. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
