City apartment with 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ideally located in the popular area just between Los Boliches and the center of Fuengirola, only 200 meters from the beach. It is close to the Feria ground where you have weekly markets and is surrounded by many great restaurants and shops.



The livingroom is large and spacious with a comfortable sofa, TV and a large family dining table for 6. There is a fully equipped kitchen which leads out onto a glazed terrace overlooking the streets below. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine. The apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed and two with single beds. There is one bathroom ensuite and a separate family bathroom with a large bath tub and shower attachment. The master bedroom has a small private terrace, the ideal place to sit and watch the world go by while enjoying your morning coffee.



With fully air conditioning in the whole apartment and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. We provide bedlinen, towels, hairdryer and iron.



The urbanisation has a fantastic swimming pool situated in the central garden of the building. With lifeguard and a shallow children’s pool this it the perfect place to sit and relax as opposed to the beach.

The apartment is located 200 metres from Paseo Marítimo and on the 7 km long beach promenade you can enjoy lovely walks and bike rides all year round. There is a wide range of good restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets on your doorstep. The beach here is very nice and you are also close to the port. Fuengirola train station with direct trains to the airport and Málaga city, is 500 metres away.
