This lovely 80 m2 penthouse apartment has everything you need for your holiday. The location is perfect, very close to all amenities and close to the center of the vibrant city of Fuengirola, though very tranquil, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

The apartment is situated in a gated urbanization and consists of 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms , one of them with shower and tub and the other one with shower, a bright living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. The sofa in the living room is a convertible sofa bed (200 x 140) , a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a laundry room with washing machine & dryer, a sunny south west facing terrace with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Ocean and mountains, and a huge 75 m2 roof terrace with lots of sun all day long, part of it as a conservatory , where you can enjoy the roof terrace also in windy days or in the winter. The views from both terraces are breathtaking over the Mediterranean Sea and mountains .

The entire apartment is furnished with comfortable, modern furniture in Scandinavian style. On the terraces you´ll find dining tables, a comfortable lounge, Weber BBQ and sunbeds and awning on the roof terrace.

The urbanization is very well-maintained and has a large pool and a children’s pool (approx. from 10/6-15/9), gym with table tennis and padel court, green lawns with parasols. There is a free private parking in the basement available for the guests and there are elevators, which takes you directly from the basement to the apartment.

The apartment is suitable for disabled except the roof terrace.

The bus takes you to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga city and on the other side to the main bus station in Fuengirola, from where you can take the bus to Marbella. The train station in Torreblanca is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment. You can take the train directly from Malaga airport. The beach and the famous 7 km Fuengirola promenade is only 600 m from the apartment.

Paseo Marítimo promenade
Paseo Marítimo promenade is one of the longest promenades in Spain. It spans 7km along most of the town’s coastline, with the Mediterranean seascapes constantly in view. Lined with shady palms and with a dedicated cycling lane in the middle. There are countless international restaurants/bars, shops and much more on this beautiful promenade.

This is a beach where the whole family can have fun. Boats and jet skis can be rented. There is even a beach football pitch setup, complete with goalposts. Whether as player or a spectator, the football adds to the lively, family atmosphere. Volleyball is another option on this lively beach. You can also try windsurfing and sailing or try your hand at fishing.

Attractions
There are simply so many attractions in the area from east to west within a very short distance. No matter what you prefer, you can always find something for you within a short drive.

The location near the vibrant cities offers a variety of activities, from fun on the beach with many kinds of water sports to cultural experiences. For art lovers the city of Málaga is a must with its many museums, among them Picasso and Carmen Thyssen. For entertainment, Puerto Banús in Marbella is one of the largest entertainment centres on the Costa del Sol. If you are feeling adventurous, explore El Caminito del Rey – The King’s Path – a walkway that’s pinned along the steep walls of a gorge. Or opt for a more leisurely experience at the botanical garden near Málaga. Visit the attractive little fishermen village “La Cala de Mijas” or go hiking in the Mijas mountains. Or maybe you prefer spending the day at one of the many exclusive golf courses around the apartment. The options are many and for the entire family.
