Pros: We spent one month in this very comfortable and well equipped apartment located in the heart of all you need for a relaxing holiday.We enjoyed its large balcony with the sea view where you get the sun from noon to evening. With its excellent location, it was easy for us to arrange to do sight seeing in Cordoba. Mijas, Marbella and Ronda. We highly recommend this apartment. Pros: I booked this apartment for my elderly parents, who are a bit wary of online booking, but Andy put them at their ease right away and was very reassuring & helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful - 'the best they'd ever rented' in their words. Your every need is catered for - generous storage, lovely bathroom, everything you could possibly need in a lovely setting. And gadgets for everything! My dad particularly appreciated that he could watch the TV from the balcony and sit in the sun with a beer whilst watching his football from home. I'm certain they'll be back! Worth every penny was their assessment - the owners clearly care about their apartment and it shows in every detail.

Pros: Superb apartment with everything you could possibly need, spotlessly clean great views of the sea and pool, very secure apartment block with very well maintained garden and pool area. Great location right on the beach with lots of bars and restaurants, train station 5 minutes walk away so fantastic if you want to explore other places. It was a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this five star accommodation to anyone. Thanks so much Andy & Anita, looking forward to next year

Pros: This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the beach, affords great sea and spectacular sunset views from the large balcony, it's modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. Los Boliches has and abundance of good restaurants all within walking distance, via the coastal railway travelling to the many resorts between Fuengirola and Malaga is very easy and cheap. Andy is very responsive to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

We will be back February-March The apartment has everything you need, kitchen very well equipped with everything you need, comfortable bed and excellent shower. English tv if you require it, and comfortable settee. We have been going to Los Boliches for 12 years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

Pros: This modern and very comfortable apartment was extremely well equipped. There is a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Whilst there are fans in both the living area and the bedroom, the option to have air-con was an added bonus, especially when temperatures soared on occasion. We had a lovely view from the balcony and ideal for relaxing in the evening sun. Great communication with the owner Andy. Could not fault this apartment and highly recommend it.

Pros: We had 1-week stay at this perfect Apartment. It has everything you need, and it feels like a cozy home. The balcony is big and has a fabulous view to both the garden/pool area and the sea. The location is also perfect.. The seaside is right outside the door with a great Beach, many different and good restaurants with cheap prices. (E.g. a couple menu of 2 X striploin and a bottle of wine for 25 EUR and kids menus with soda for 5 EUR. Pints are around 1,5 - 2,5 EUR and small (draft) beers is 1 EUR on restaurants and the beach) I had many questions etc. to the owner (Andy). There is always a quick and kind reply and he has been very patient with me :-)) Good instructions etc. I used time to read others review and everybody seemed very happy and satisfied. Now I know why :-)) All recommendations on everything. The Apartment, the owner/instruction location, pool/garden and area. Jimmi Skov, Denmark

Pros: Dejlig lejlighed som er udstyret med alt. Beliggenheden er perfekt da der er 1 min. gang til strand og Strandpromenaden med masser af restauranter og øvrigt indkøb. Der er 5–10 min. gang til kæmpe supermarked og til Los Boliches togstation som iøvrigt har direkte forbindelse med Malaga Lufthavn. Ejeren har hurtigt og venligt besvaret spørgsmål og alt vedr. leje af lejligheden er foregået uden problemer. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Pros: Andy and Anita have a lovely apartment,everything you need is there.It has Sky tv with the sports channels which I watched a lot.It has a big balcony which gets the sun from midday till the sun goes down.We were there in January and it was still sunny at 7pm when it was going dark.Palm Beach is a nice Apartment block,very clean with nice pool and grounds.We would recommend to any one and will use it again.
