Venez vous détendre et profiter du rythme plus lent de la vie dans le Maine, magnifiquement situé en dessous des Montagnes Blanches dans une communauté de lac calme et tranquille. Appréciez 4 vues de saison de la région de lac du Maine de la plupart des salles dans la maison.

We had a great stay - the sunsets every night were spectacular and we enjoyed the beach, kayak's and location. Everything was stocked, house was comfortable and the hosts were communicative and super helpful. Loved the time in Fryeburg!

I would definitely recommend. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Fun was had by all. AND THE VIEW:we got to see the most beautiful sunset. In a matter of minutes it changed many shades gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your home. We got to created some beautiful memories.

This is a great place to stay for families with kids. This is our second year, last year the lake level was high and we could swim out to the float this year because of the drought, the lake was very low, but the kids, four under the age of seven all had a great time because they could walk way out into the lake. Although I do recommend water shoes.The house set up is great, everything is supplied, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Beautiful and Comfortable

We spent a long fall weekend here with our kids and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and very well taken care of. We had plenty of room and our kids loved the bunk bed bedroom. The house was well-supplied and the views of the lake were spectacular! Our kids loved the beach and we really enjoyed the enclosed porch that overlooks it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot right on the water

Amazing house right on the water, with sandy beach, and all the amenities and space you and your family could ever want or need! Located near Saco River for adventures in ME or shopping and more water activities in North Conway area. Host was fantastic and couldn’t have been easier to work with for our stay. Great getaway and lots of fun!

Fantastic

Five adults, four young children and a dog for one week. We all loved it, we had great weather. The lake was beautiful. We hardly left the house/property and did water sports all week. Be Sure to check on the level of the Saco river, depending on rainfall. We arrived with a large beach and within two days we had probably at 6 foot beach because the Saco river fills up overflows into the lake.

Our family had one of the best vacations here! The location was great. Stores and restaurants are very close by. The house, beach, and water are the best. We spent most days swimming and fishing on the kayaks they provide. The view from the deck and master bedroom are beautiful. We had great weather and the air conditioners were helpful on those hot nights. The host Andrew was so helpful answering any questions I had!

Wedding weekend after snow storm

We rented this house because we had a wedding nearby and we were not expecting to have a major snow storm the day before arrival. The house was powered by generator upon arrival as all the surrounding electricity was out but soon after the power was restored!! Andrew, the host was so helpful and communicative with all the questions I had. Loved the house
. It was spacious, clean and very inviting. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Maine Family Trip

Place was very large, suitable for 2 families of 4/5. Facility was clean and we loved our views of the sky at sunset and overall vibe of the house. Had an issue with the screen door on the deck, but asked the owner for help and he responded immediately. Great stay and would recommend again!

Not Worth the Money

Great location, but the property itself was in disrepair. Upon our arrival many items were broken. One of the refrigerator doors was duct taped and non-working. The produce and meat drawers had no middle support, so they sagged and did not shut properly. The screen door was dented, duct taped and did not close tight. There was a nail coming through a hole in the kitchen linoleum. The coffee pot brews coffee, but the warming plate does not keep coffee hot. The door for the bedroom off the kitchen does not close. The Metal fire pit had several of its legs twisted and broken. Of the four Tiki lamps attached to the deck only one had oil and a wick. The umbrella had two bent arms and tipped over easily when opened. The property was not clean professionally. The kitchen floor was gritty and food crumbs were collected against cabinet base boards. Kitchen hand soap and dish liquid almost emptied, dirty sour smelling kitchen sponge, damp musty smell from under kitchen sink. The kitchen ceiling fans were covered in dirt and grease that flicked off and stuck to the ceiling. The kitchen rug was dirty and stained. The kitchen is the heart of vacation for food, drinks, and conversation. It's where my family gathers. It was disappointing. I feel the owners knew about all of this. These things didn't just happen. Prior to check in, we were told the pond water level was high and the owners would be away with limited cell service. Leave a message and they would get back to us. I didn't bother.

Just a short drive off of highway and only a few miles for staple items. * 1st floor layout: plenty of spaces, indoors and out, for playing games, reading, watching TV, swimming, cooking, and eating. * Especially enjoyed sun parlor with large windows overlooking lake and back yard and separate areas for reading a book (comfortable couches, beautiful view) or playing games at the opposite end, with large table and plenty of seating. * Decent size kitchen for cooking, eating, playing games Loved the yellow daisy tablecloth and large table with bench seating. So cheerful and homey! * Master bedroom is beautiful. X Access into water was hazardous with large rocks. Rocks should have been removed to create generous entry...like neighbors did. X No fire pit (As owner noted, "it was somewhere under water.") We bought one ($50), got a few of nights out of it, and stored it in the garage next to boat for future renters. X Kitchen window over sink--dead bugs, spiders, and webs between glass panes. YUCK! Especially over food prep area. X Excluding master BR, other bedrooms need redecorating--bring in brighter colors, remove rugs, add more storage. X Upstairs bath needs overhaul

Family Vacation

This property is a little slice of heaven located in the western foot hills of Maine. Our family had a wonderful vacation there. The accommodations were great, the house was outfitted very well, bedrooms were great and also has a/c for those hot summer nights. The beach was great with the grand children and the sunset sets were spectacular. Close to all kinds of activities and a few great restaurants. Andrew and his wife were awesome hosts. 5 Stars from this family!!
