Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation at this home. With an open plan and large kitchen there was plenty of room Kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine worked just fine. I would recommend some instructions on using the televisions and remotes.

Cute patio villa that was mostly comfortable for two 70yr olds! Kitchen well stocked and plenty of linens throughout villa. We loved the lanai for our morning coffee. The use of night lights were very well placed. All appliances worked well. We also enjoyed the lay out of the villa. The guest book was well done. Cleanliness was not exactly as we had hoped. There is mold growing on the primary shower floor. Probably a half inch of dust on top of fan blades. There also was a moldy smell in the washing machine. We never did get the jist of how tvs worked and it went out for a couple days where we got nothing.Otherwise, the villa was tidy and welcoming. Had plenty of spaces to put out things. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delighted with this vacation rental. Everything was in tiptop shape and down home properties are a class act. The home was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds, wonderful television service, and really everything you could want. There was trouble with the golf cart, which would not start, but that was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. We liked the location as it was close to shopping at colony Plaza and right next to the Walmart market. I would highly recommend this property and down home properties management services.
