Location, location, location! The Mulberry House is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family while exploring everything that Fruita and the surrounding area has to offer. My home is fully furnished with a cozy atmosphere that will provide a comfortable landing spot after your day of adventure. The kitchen is well equipped if you are going to be preparing meals in. You will be a short 3 minute walk to the quaint downtown area to experience great dining, visit some breweries and shop in the unique boutiques in town. It's all just a block away from the Mulberry House.
I would be happy to have you stay at my three bedroom home while you are visiting the quaint town of Fruita. I spend a lot of time camping and traveling so while I'm away you may stay and play. Fruita is a great spot to visit if you are into outdoor activities. It is very well known for biking, hiking, rafting, golfing, and its proximity to the Colorado National Monument. Outings to the Grand Mesa and Moab, Utah are popular day trips from our location. Fruita also hosts many annual events including Mike's the Headless Chicken Festival and the Fat Tire Festival just to name a couple.
My two story yellow home is right in the middle of the action. It's not fancy but it's cozy and you will find it a comfortable spot to hang out while you are in town. There is space in the garage for guests to store bikes and other equipment that needs to be kept safe. I have a backyard area that offers a place to relax, cook and dine outdoors or sit by a propane fire pit in the cool evenings. It's nice and shaded in the afternoons to get out of the heat in the summer.
You will be able to wander to town to take advantage of great dining establishments, including the well known Hot Tomato Pizza. There are a few breweries within a block of the Mulberry House if you would like to sample some of the area's tasty craft beers. Outdoor entertainment in the Mulberry Plaza takes place right down the street from my yellow house. Unique shopping opportunities are also just a few steps away.
