Charming wooden pool house, ideally located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the idyllic fishing village of Lild Strand, just 200 meters from the waves of the North Sea. Here, both children and adults can enjoy relaxation and fun in scenic surroundings.
The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.
The holiday home offers a large, secluded terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for cozy moments outdoors. On the terrace, there is a picnic table with seating for 10 people, where you can enjoy meals together in the open air.
The house boasts a fantastic swimming pool area with a large pool (3.0 x 6.0 x 1.4 m) and an attached children's pool. You can also relax in the spa, which has space for 2 people, or enjoy the warmth of the sauna after a day of activities by the sea.
The bright kitchen is open and combined with the dining and living area, creating an inviting and social space. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and stove with ceramic cooktop. In the living room, you can cozy up in front of the wood stove while watching TV with satellite channels for German-speaking guests.
The summer house can accommodate up to 10 people, with 2 bedrooms featuring double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 2 sleeping spaces in a cozy alcove in the living room, and 2 more sleeping spaces in the loft â perfect for both children and adults. The bathroom is modern and equipped with underfloor heating, a shower, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is also a tumble dryer and a crib for the youngest guests.
This lovely holiday home is ideal for one or two families who wish to enjoy a holiday in beautiful natural surroundings, with opportunities for both relaxation and activities.
