Built in 2019, the 115 m² retreat offers ample space for everyone. There is underfloor heating throughout, and an energy-efficient heat pump ensures optimal temperatures. A washing machine and dryer are also available, along with a freezer with a 60-liter capacity.



Situated on a large 893 m² garden plot, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The sea is just 530 m away, and for golf enthusiasts, there's a course nearby. The terrace not only offers a spa and lounge furniture but also a trampoline and a grill. Parking is also conveniently available right at the doorstep.



Inside are four comfortable bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations are distributed across double beds, and there's also a crib available for younger guests. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with induction hobs, a convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one toilet and one bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating.



And as the cherry on top, there's the opportunity to unwind in an indoor spa for two or an outdoor standing spa for up to six people. With five TVs and wireless internet, there's entertainment and connectivity to the outside world, should you need it. Note: Not for commercial rental.
