With an ocean facing deck, a sound facing screened porch, and nearness to some of the most fabulous beaches of Hatteras Island. You can access the beach by walking (about 4 lots) down the subdivision road or drive a half mile south to the lifeguard beach and bath house. Swinkels is dog friendly (2 dogs max), so you and your dogs will have a memorable vacation! All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Swinkels is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Pet Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
