Island Dreaming Retreat is a cozy cottage located in a quiet neighborhood on the soundside, offering a well-maintained and comfortable stay. It is equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter for the convenience of guests. The retreat overlooks a serene creek, providing the perfect opportunity for kayaking or canoeing right behind the house, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Guests are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products to ensure a personalized and comfortable stay. Additionally, reservation fees, partial stay fees, tax, and insurance apply to bookings at Island Dreaming Retreat, ensuring a seamless and secure reservation process for all guests.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
