The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION

The recently constructed Towers at LakePoint front Lake Dillon with views of numerous 14,000’ mountain peaks and a location right on the Summit County trail.

Enjoy close proximity to the complimentary Summit Stage Bus Stop or walk 10 minutes to Whole Foods, Safeway, Vitamin Cottage, Starbucks, The Outer Range Brewery, and two liquor stores.

Venture 2 miles to catch a thrill at Frisco Adventure Park, offering tubing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, and a classic chuck wagon experience. During warmer months, rent a tandem kayak, a paddleboard, or a fishing boat at Frisco Bay Marina.

Have your pick of Colorado’s superior ski destinations -- Copper, Keystone, and Breckenridge are all within 12 miles. In Frisco, you can check out seven ski areas within 20 minutes, cross country ski at The Frisco Nordic Center or on the trails around Lake Dillon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
